Das war Frühstück war sehr gut! Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war im Gesamten sehr ordentlich mit einem bequemen Bett.
Das Badezimmer könnte eine kleine Renovierung vertragen, war aber Sauber.

Das im Preis inkludierte Frühstück ist sagenhaft! So gut und so vielfältig und reichhaltig habe ich es in Hotels dieser Kategorie noch nicht erlebt. Das entschädigt dafür, dass das Zimmer eher "zweckmäßig" eingerichtet und der Ausblick auf den Westschnellweg nicht berauschend ist.
Weiterer Pluspunkt: Die Rezeption ist rund um die Uhr besetzt, bzw. ich konnte zumindest nach Mitternacht noch einchecken - und die Bar war auch noch geöffnet. :)
Einen Schönheitspreis wird das Hotel nicht gewinnen, es liegt auch nicht an der schönsten Stelle des sonst so schönen Stadtteils Linden, aber es ist sauber. Die Zimmer (oder zumindest mein Familienzimmer im 2. Stock) könnten wohl mal ein Update vertragen.

Jede Menge Platz, ideal für Urlaub mit Kindern, 1 Zimmer mit Doppelbett, 1 Zimmer mit Etagenbett, 1 Zimmer mit Ausziehsofa, alle Zimmer mit TV. Tolles Frühstück mit allem drum und dran. Pancake Automat das Highlight für die Kinder. Personal jederzeit sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Einbauküche leider nicht ausgestattet, weder Tasse noch Teller oder Besteck. Gefehlt hat uns auch ein Tisch an dem wir zu viert sitzen können.

Despite showing a twin bed option on the booking form, in reality the "twin beds" were two single beds permanently fixed together. This is not an alternative for people who have sleep problems. After a discussion with the staff two adjacent single rooms were provided.
Low numbered rooms face directly onto a service station and a very busy fast main road.

Breakfast was incredible. Supermarket next to the hotel with free-ish parking there. The room was large enough and had a coffee machine with capsules.
No hotel parking places were left when we arrived. It's a stress finding parking spots.
We didn't know that the hotel lies in the Hannover umwelt zone, I wish we had been informed about that earlier.
Every once in a while water in the shower turns scolding hot for a second or two.

Just a little confused because it mentions that there is a shuttle to the airport, but we had to take a taxi, I believe it could b cause our flight was at 6am.

it was really clean. Staff were friendly. Would definitely stay there again.

Staff was helpful and answered all my questions, check-in was fast and the parking spot I asked for was reserved for me. The room was super clean and relatively quiet. I also noticed some additional facilities I did not expect and did not use during my stay (a gym, etc.).
The beds are made of plastic basically. It's ok for a night or two, but the pillow was way too big and uncomfy and I would not stay here for more than 1-2 nights. I would have expected to also find conditioner, body lotion and the like in a 4-star hotel.
