An outdoor pool on those very hot days!

Check-in was efficient, communication was nice and we were given a warm welcome. Our room was on an upper floor, offered a balcony and a fantastic view (lake). The breakfast was extraordinary (including hot meals) and the meals in the Restaurant were delicious (thank you for booking such a nice table for us). Merci pour tout! We will be happy to come back.

Rooms were very dated with noisy air conditioning, rickety balcony doors and a shower presented inside the bath is not acceptable at this price point. Spa disappointing.

It was in a good location

It was very old fashioned and needed refurbished. Not the standard of hotel I would expect for a 5* hotel and the for the price. The staff were unhelpful when any questions were asked because we booked via booking.com. If they do not like bookings from booking.com they should not offer their rooms on this platform.

Well situated. Beautiful view and terrace. Very comfortable bed.

The bathroom needs some serious renewal. No shower, only a bath with no anti-slip protection. The spaces between the tiles in the bathroom need serious cleaning or even better rework.

Super friendly staff, the room was a little bit small but still had all the comfort needed.

We were really looking forward to relax a little in the SPA but it was a little disappointing, the Swimming pool was small, just a few chaise longue were you could rest and a small jacuzzi, there were 10 people inside and looked already full. There's also a Sauna but that's separate for female and male.

the view of the lake and location are the best part of this hotel. it could easily be a 10 but it’s been neglected. Stained carpet. Peeking wall paper. Just tired and out of date which is frustrating for the price.

I liked the location and the view a lot. Also the breakfast is very rich and appealing. The staff is hospitable and helpful.

I would prefer to have an iron in the room. The parking price is a bit unfair.

The receptionist Gaetan was very friendly, helpful and made my stay!

Beautiful location, very kind and helpful staff, nice decorated room in color: I loved it. I was happy to not see the usual black and white decoration and the steriel "so called art." The suite I had was lovely, good energies too. The view is beautiful with the lake and the mountains. Everything is in walking distance. I was very happy that my wish for peace and quiet could come true as they moved me to a higher level. I thank this hotel. Top.
