Beautiful hotel in a great location, short cab ride from the train station. close to the pedestrian walkway and the old city. Nice pool and spa.

I enjoyed our stay and the location was very good. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Helped us in making reservations at restaurants.

My family 2 adults and 2 children had a great stay in one of the family rooms. The hotel is centrally located, clean, and modern. The staff were helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this hotel.

Great location, we had the family room. 3 twin beds in one room and queen bed in the main room. Used the laundry service and had a drink in the little lounge/bar.

The front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. Great location in town near to shops and restaurants.

Breakfast was basic quality. A couple of the breakfast staff were a little grumpy and struggled with the pace of breakfast.

Everyone was very helpful, kind and made me feel very well taken care of. Such a pleasure to relax in after many days travel! Spacious room, excellent breakfast, pool with a sauna and steam room. Spa was rejuvenating. Right in the Old Town, steps away from all the major attractions. Could not ask for a more delightful stay!!!

the suite only had one very small uncomfortable sofa in the large lounge area. So it didn’t really function as a separate sitting room. There was plenty of space for 2 sofas or some easy chairs.

Fantastic hotel. The staff are very friendly and nice with the extra facilities really making this hotel a standout in Salzburg. The Wellness area with the sauna variety is outstanding, paired with the Gym and this is a must stay in hotel.

Booked Hotel but ended up getting out in an external annex

Had to pay an extra 20euro for car parking which wasn't mentioned. Room was quite small and hot water took 10minutes to function.

Our bedroom was a cross the road so we had to put on out coats and hats and scarves to get breakfast

You should wait at least 10 min for hot water. Tap with a sensor it is a not good idea for the hotel... for airport maybe but not for the hotel
