Breakfast was comprehensive, lots of choice, excellent filter coffee. Ideal position to explore the old town of Prague. Staff very helpful. Very clean and comfortable.

Having been to Prague on a number of other occasions we have been spoilt with fantastic friendly staff and a warm welcoming atmosphere. It could be that because we were only here for one night, the staff did not have that usual friendly vibe and the food portions in the resultant were quite small.

Great location, good breakfasts, great ambiance, friends really enjoyed the beer room, we had big room. Per Rick Steves, noise was a problem. We had a room directly over the bar and never heard a sound, but it was 35F outside and all the windows were closed.

Las camas eran comodisimas y la ubicación es excelente ya que a prácticamente todos los sitios turísticos llegas en 5-10 minutos. Sin duda alguna si volvemos a Praga nos volveremos a quedar aqui

Lo único que nos resultó un poco incomodo es que cada vez que te ibas del hotel tenias que dejar la llave en recepción y a la vuelta cogerla. Si estan atendiendo a alguien te toca esperar para subir a tu habitación.

The staff in the restaurant closed the bar without any notification..I had a long delayed flight and was looking forward to a few beers but the staff in the bar closed it at 10.35 pm

The way the receptionist ladies treated me, they are so kind, friendly and helpful, also the guise in the restaurant and the bar they were amazing. The room was quite I felt comfortable.

I was on the 3rd floor, which was required me to walk up an extra set of stairs after taking the elevator. The room was en attique, which was awkward to crawl around the support beam in order to open and close the window. It would have been nice to have a desk in the room I was in.

The rooms were spacious and quaint with their old fashioned furniture and feel. The location of the hotel was great! The adjoining restaurant was very nice. Breakfast was great.

We had great time in the hotel. Our room was facing the street but was not noisy. Only the claning car came around 8am, that made some noise. Bed was very comfortable, bathroom very clean. Breakfast was fabulous, freshly baked pancake, pates, lots of variety of savoury and sweet delicacy. The hotel is only 10 minutes walkig distance of the king's road and the Charles bridge. The other side of the main road there is a shopping mall next to the metro station. The hotel is easily reachable by metro from railway and bus stations. Parking is difficult and costs a lot. You can leave the luggage in the hotel for free.

Fantastic location within walking distance of the Old Town and all the main sights. Super friendly and helpful staff. The rooms were comfy and breakfast was filling.
