Obiekt ma bardzo miły kameralny klimat. Czuć że to miejsce z historią. Położenie bardzo ładne , dużą zaletą jest restauracja na miejscu. Jedzenie bardzo dobre, ceny raczej z tych wyższych . Pokoje bardzo podstawowe ale wystarczające na krótki pobyt, my byliśmy dwie noce. Śniadania Basic ale co ważne gdy podróżujesz z nastolatkami, można poprosić omlet lub jajecznicę i bez problemów będzie przygotowane. Wyjątkowe miejsce dzięki właścicielowi który zawsze jest na miejscu, pyta, interesuje się gośćmi. Chętnie też opowiada swoją historię, zachęcam do rozmowy z nim:-) i co dosyć wyjątkowe mówi po ang .

Trudny dojazd niestety , serpentyny to nic ale wąskie przejazdy między budynkami, tylko małe auto ma szansę. Trudno zaparkować w okolicy ale jeśli masz problem spytaj właściciela, zawsze znalazł dla nas rozwiązanie .

Hôtel sympathique très bien situé, avantage du téléphérique juste à côté qui ajoute du sympa au séjour pour descendre dans le centre de Côme. Parking gratuit à côté de l'hôtel pour la voiture. Personnel super accueillant et aimable. Literie confortable. Petit déjeuner possible.

Das Personal und der Inhaber sind die freundlichsten Menschen die uns jemals in einem Hotel empfangen haben. Unser Gepäck wurde auf die Zimmer gebracht. Das Hotel liegt mitten eines kleinen lebendigen Vororts von Como. Sehr schönes Bergdorf mit engen Gassen. Wir kamen sehr spät an und duften im Hof parken, damit wir nicht mehr lange einen Parkplatz suchen müssen.

Die Kopfkissen sind leider steinhart. Man sollte nicht das allergrößte Fahrzeug besitzen. Es dauert schon ein bisschen bis man sich die Serpentinen hochgeschraubt hat. Das Frühstück in Italien ist immer etwas abenteuerlich für unseren Geschmack. Das liegt aber nicht speziell an diesem Hotel, sondern scheint generell etwas seltsam zu sein.

This place is a gem. The owner and staff are so friendly and welcoming. Surroundings are amazing. Far from traditional boot-licking-5-star behavoiur this 3 star place has a 5 star behaviour. This place would be on our bucket list if we only had known about it.

Excellent staff and a very friendly owner keen to assist with any requests. Dinner at the restaurant serves very tasty local dishes at a reasonable price. Location is easy to reach from the funicular with some rooms offering views of the towns around the lake below

The owner of the hotel was very friendly and always willing to help. Breakfast was delicious and there was even a nice classical music playing in the backgroud. It was very peaceful.
