Bed was ok. Apart from red blanket at end being covered in someone’s blonde hair. I am brunette so defo not mine!
Was put in room over front of hotel. People in and out all night until early hours. Not the best choice for breakfast either. Cappuccino had no coffee in only froth. Cereal taste stale.
Bed cover covered in blonde hair. Carpet full of dust, could have done with a good hoover. And mirror had definitely not been cleaned in a long while. Quite disappointed really.

On a whole our stay was passable - breakfast was ok as long as you got there before the rush!
The room was a disable friendly one! The toilet was much too low down, and the flush wasn’t really accessible being on the wall behind the toilet. The shower was good but the floor was very slippery when wet, not very disable friendly. The room has, I think, been designed loosely on what they think a wheelchair user might need, unfortunately, there are a lot of disabled people who don’t use a wheelchair!
The noise level from the people in the room next door was horrendous, they didn’t shut up all night! We were subjected to loud sexual activity from the 5 men and one woman occupants, the door was opened and slammed shut multiple times. That night was really awful, when I spoke to the Hotel staff I was told not to worry as they were checking out that morning!!!
The hotel has stopped providing food on an evening which was a great disappointment.

the breakfast was included with the room, there was plenty to eat and the coffee was good. Bed was comfortable and the room was warm and comfortable

Location, proximity to the Falcon/Megabus bus stop for Bristol Airport. With prior notification, we were able to check in late .. 3am .. following a later flight/journey home & a need to wait for onward transport the next day. Great price with breakfast included. Staff very welcoming, friendly.. talking to guests.. & helpful.

Arrived earlier than expected and we were allowed to access our room. Perfect location, quiet and comfortable and breakfast freshly cooked next morning.

We were travelling with our grandson and for him it was a sofa bed and so made the room quite small for 3 of us.

Everything as expected from a chain hotel. Room amd breakfast at a reasonable price with plenty of parking space and a Harvester next door.
Buffet breakfast wasn't the best, some items were a bit well done due to being sat for a while, but it wasn't awful.

room did the job, everything we needed. nice and quiet.
despite registering my car with reception- with a person- I got 3 parking tickets when I returned home! I had to call 4 times before someone was able to confirm that they were cancelled- this was not a good experience

Room clean and tidy
Mattress was far too firm especially for someone with sore joints due to arthritis.
Room was very dark and dismal even with all lights on.

The room and bathroom were clean. Near a bar & restaurant, so it's a plus. Checkout was very easy (drop keys only).
There's a lift, for a 2-storey Inn that's convenient especially when you have pieces of luggage. Breakfast was OK, but the croissant was fantastic.
Check-in was a bit challenging. We travelled internationally so was very tired. We came at 1.30pm and there's only 2 cars in the parking lot including ours but reception couldn't let us check in,we said nothing so we decided to have a drink and instead of staying in house she referred us next door. Got checked in an hour after we came back.
Pillows was not comfortable, a bit hard, and I had neck pain when I woke up.

Stayed here several times and this was the worse to date if your put in a ajoining room be warned you'll get no sleep in there
Dogs meant to be on ground floor and was on 2nd floor and kept me awake and woke me from barking this was a 3 night stay and for 2 nights I barely slept final day departure day the fire alarm went off in the morning so got woken up again this really has put me off coming back here after being 3 times this month alone sadly I would no longer recommend this hotel if you want to sleep even giving points as compensation isn't good enough after losing that much sleep my advice is don't stay here if you don't want problem after problem fir the money paid

Amazing stay everything lived up to expectation. Staff very friendly and always have smiles on their faces.
Breakfast was lovely everything you could wish for. This room in this hotel was the cleanest room I have ever stayed in, and staff to be commended.
