Host was not there. Had to wait 1 hour to receive the code to access the hotel.
Despite emaling the business several time in order to receive my invoice for business reimbursement, i have received No response. Very bad and unprofessional.

Very impersonal, very few staff, no facilities.

The room was clean and fairly comfortable.
There's no air conditioning which meant we had to leave the windows open and our room faced the car park so there were issues with noise and privacy. We asked for a fan for the room and but none were available. Car parking for guests is a lottery as the car park is also available to the public for all day parking. We were lucky with the availability of spaces, other guests weren't.

Reasonable in terms of price.
Given a room in an extension, overlooking a noisy carpark. Doors slamming all the time. Shower was tepid. Everything v basic with no thought given to improving guest experience.

Booked a extra large four poster bed and the hotel gave the room to someone else. Got a superior room and 20 pound discount which I thought was inadequate. Shower in the room was cold and the heating was not able to heat the room, which was also cold.

staff very friendly and helpful. nice clean spacious room. the showers are piping hot. it overlooks the ground floor car park but not really a problem.

Great for one night when visiting the hospital. Breakfast was good.
A little dated and sealant around shower could do with redoing but fine for what I needed and a comfortable stay.

Amazing staff, clean rooms. Tasty breakfast. The lovely lady who cooked our breakfast made our day with her positive energy.
