The size of the apartment was great. The kitchen facilities (kettle, microwave, coffee, tea, water, cutlery and crockery) were well-catered. The location is also pretyy much perfect: close to the beach and shops, a great mini market "Fadora" just over the road. The room was clean and comfortable, the bathroom also lovely. The reciptionists are very professional and friendly.

When entering the apartment, there is a foul smell in the kitchen. I eventually discovered that it came from underneath the basin, so I moved the trash can out of the cupboard so that I didn't have to open it every time. The whole of my first evening I could not get the wifi to work on my phone nor the Netflix on the TV, but eventually after restarting the devices it worked. The living room I hardly used as the furniture was not very comfortable and I felt that I needed to keep the blind closed due to people walking past and looking into the space which is unpleasant. The other thing that made the space a bit unpleasant was the noise travelling from neighbours and cleaning staff. I had put the do not disturb sign on the door because I was feeling sick and wanted to stay in the apartment to rest, and two days in a row the cleaner parked the trolley outside my door while she was busy with the neighbouring apartments. This was a complete contradiction of "do not disturb". I also unfortunately had to pay a higher price than usual (I assume) because I had booked my stay quite short notice and it was also during a very busy time so there was not many options available in Finikoudes anyway. For this reason, I am pretty disappointed with my stay. If I had paid the usual price of around 60-80 euro a night I wouldn't have been dissatisfied.
