Shower was over the bath! Breakfast was expensive but poor quality. Food available on site was of poor quality for every meal we had there.

Overnight parking deal was very expensive. Was cheaper i think to park on the street.

The gym was just a room with a treadmill/ bike and some very messy free weights thrown on the floor. It was untidy and dirty.

The staff were rank, inexperienced, un professional, rude and not service driven .

Excellent location

Unfortunately they had internal heating issues so we were cold and struggling to get comfortable. The staff were accommodating and tried to help by changing our room, however the loss of heating was throughout the building so they provided a mobile electric heater which took the edge of the cold. It was otherwise a nice standard hotel room was the money you pay. I would consider staying there again, just maybe not in winter.

Bathroom wasn't as clean as other places we stayed at. Our one night stay was sufficient but the room was overpriced when compared to the other 5 places we stayed at during our week long trip.

The room was fantastic! Very spacious and had a veranda. Also quite a large bar fridge inside for drinks. The facilities in the hotel are excellent including the bar and restaurant.

A little expensive but quite luxurious and so close to pretty much everything to see in Freo.

No option at Breakfast for a continental Breakfast

We had a balcony so I thought you could smoke outside on balcony, not in room as not aloud to no more. But I thought outside instead of smoking out the front door of the entrance of the hotel. As we booked a normal room not a balcony room so you can’t smoke in a room with no balcony and I got charged $200 for smoking outside. They upgraded us to a balcony was appreciated they did that. But walking down the hall way and going outside everytime you want a smoke would annoy people but sad thing is I rented the room and didn’t smoke on the balcony but obviously I’ve paid the price and will learn next hotel room not to because $200 is a very extreme amount to pay I seriously think to take of people

Really good location, right near the waterfront and close walking distance to the main streets. This certainly seemed to be the nicest hotel in the area and I was pleased that we booked there. I would definitely recommend it.

We had a cruise booked so we would have liked to take a taxi but the prices were stupidly expensive. This is clearly not the hotel's fault, but still rather frustrating.
