Clean and beautiful

Location was good with lovely river view and balcony.

Pillows high and hard although bed was comfortable. Commercial aircraft noise during the night was unexpected and intrusive. Menu at dinner very limited - would have welcomed some fresh vegetable and lighter options and all our meals too heavily salted. Staff not overly friendly. In spite of negatives, enjoyed our stay.

Not a lot. Restaurant staff however were very good especially a young lady called Alyssa.

Constant overnight noise from aircraft taking off from Perth Airport. Beds were far too hard.

Room was comfortable and the balcony was awesome. Parking available directly in front of the apartment.

As my room was on the second level, there was a common door which was shared by my room and a neighbouring room. The door slams hard when being closed and it can be extremely noisy when it is being used to enter / exit the rooms at the second level.

It was so lovely walking into a room that smelt so good. It would be nice if there was a broom, dust pan and hand broom in room, so I could sweep twice daily like I do at home. We work ridiculously long hours and we didn't want cleaners coming through everyday while we just wanted to sleep in and chill, so we opted out of daily cleaning. I know everyone is different I'm just a clean freak...lol and we didn't want to be disturbed. Thank you for the lovely complimentary bottle of wine for my birthday, what a beautiful touch and very appreciated. This is about the 4th time we have stayed and won't be the last. Thank you

We thought the restaurant night menu could have been better and a bit more choice. Maybe every couple of days, for people staying longer, have a few different choices. I only eat chicken and there were limited chicken dishes and it would have been nice to have a normal salad of lettuce, cucumber, tomato, fetta and a dressing. Also the cleaners trollies are sooo noisy, so mabe rubber tyres or something that would make them less noisy. I'm not complaining, just constructive criticism. I also think guests should be told to show consideration to others, when getting up early or back to their rooms late and not be so noisy. I know you have no control of people's behaviours so maybe make a point of telling customers when they book in. We always enjoy our stay apart from those couple of things which can happen anywhere. Clean the rooms the floor was black and made my daughters wedding dress and our feet black.staff in the brewhouse for breakfast rude and demanding. The lady behind the counter on check out was just nasty and rude

The complex was not big, easy to move around without the crowds.

The bed was not comfortable and the pillows flat with not much support.

the check in staff were lovely. we loved our dinner at wild swan and the movie streaming options

the beds were hard, pillow hard and the noise of people going up and down the stairwell next to room 6 was very loud and throughout the night and morning (not just talking but the noise of footsteps on the stairs was really loud) - so was not possible to get a good sleep. The noise from inside to out isn’t good so I wouldn’t stay for a restful time! deluxe Room is just like small hotel room but with lovely bathroom and outdoor setting

Good location in Swan Valley. Easy to travel around the area

The shower had very weak water pressure. Also, very hard to control the water temperature since when we were moving it a little, it either became hot or cold, not in between.

the bathroom was a large disabled shower/ toilet. the room was lovely but the bathroom could do with an update.

Friendly helpful staff. Complimentary wine, Pod coffee machine, French windows straight onto patio and mini Zen garden. Beautiful Location near vineyard and river. Privacy and cleanliness of facility. Bed big and comfortable. Air-conditioning (it was a hot day). Breakfast at the Mandoon restaurant was superb 👌

everything was stunning

the only complaint I would have is being startled at 9:30 at night by the fire alarm- I also heard from another guest this happened last time they stayed there. fortunately it wasn’t an emergency but it killed the relaxing vibe of the first night

it has that little bit of country feel

our room needed a couch or a couple of comfy chairs to sit on other than sitting on the bed or going outside as it was cold

The food at the brewery was amazing and exceeded our expectations. The employees were very helpful. We will definitely be back.
