The club lounge was too short

The staff had set up a special room for our wedding. The had decorated in red. Staff were incredibly helpful. Breakfast was excellent with a brilliant variety.

No real complaints. Pillows may have been too soft for my taste but that wasn’t really an issue.

We have been in this hotel twice, it’s perfect for family with kids, nice location and good condition of room

Very crowded at breakfast hour.

Waited almost 2 hours to check on and out. Got food poisoning from the breakfast. Kids adventure zone was so crowded, stressful and dangerous.

Outstanding everything , specialty the amazing staff Location Cleanliness Sport center Breakfast Housekeeping staff is unbelievably nice. I had an amazing experience. The night before my departure and while I was busy preparing my luggage and usually I feel anxious during this period, so, the housekeeper came to my room to do last check so I opened the door and told her that I am good and need nothing. Because she saw me worried and not looking as usual, smiling, she was concerned about me and told the manger that he needs to check on me and make sure that I am Ok. ( the housekeeper did that because she doesn’t speak English). As a matter of fact, the manager called me to make sure that I am ok and nothing is bothering me. What an amazing experience
