The property is so beautiful and has amazing views of Levanto. We managed to use the pool as well and the kids had a ton of fun. The breakfast spread was great as well with tons of options for everyone. The staff is super they are so helpful and kind , I think I may have called Yasin ( front desk staff) ten times asking for different things and he always so wonderful and patient.The other front desk gentleman was also so kind and helpful. Their shuttle service to the train station or village is so convenient, you can walk down to the train station too but it’s great to have this service when you have so many bags. The general manager at this property is also wonderful and stepped in right away to help us when we were in a pinch. This is one of the most hospitable properties I have been to ever. Not just my experience but even other guests ahead of us they right away took care of any issues. Levanto might not be one of the five villages but this property is so close to them and we all thought it was much more beautiful then some of the five villages. Excellent stay we will be back!

Great location. Spacious bedrooms. Lovely pool with views. The food was outstanding with friendly staff. We had a wonderful stay. Comfortable beds with good pillows.

La piscine était en travaux ce que nous ne savions pas au moment de la réservation. Le SPA est vraiment tout petit, le hammam comme souvent beaucoup trop chaud.

Tout . L’emplacement, les espaces, la grande chambre et sa vue, le calme,l’amabilité du personnel, la qualité des repas,la propreté, la navette gratuite à disposition pour rejoindre le centre ville ou la gare.

The standard at this hotel has remained exceptionally high (we visited it a few years ago). It has a brilliant breakfast arrangement where the usual buffet style mayhem is replaced by the lovely staff who give you what you want and make sure it doesn't run out. Parking no problem ample space for everyone. We didn't use the free shuttle bus but walked the short walk to the train station to get to the villages. Very hot outside but air conditioning coped well. All the staff were friendly and welcoming and worked exceptionally hard and the whole place was well run.

Unusually, I couldn't find any faults with this hotel it is exceptional.

Beautiful hotel. Clean and big rooms. The hotel shuttle service is great, they drive you to the city or pick up any time you want. A bit expensive but worth it. Great pool and spa area with saunas.
