Posizione a due passi dal Borough Market e metro London Bridge. Camera con vista su lo Shard e silenziosissima.

Oltre al letto nella camera c’era un doppio letto aggiunto non richiesto che toglieva spazio. Un po’ di manutenzione e pulizia in più in bagno o doccia non mancherebbe

Está muy bien ubicado, a menos de 100 mt del Boroug market y de la estacion de tren London Bridge lo que te permite llegar directo del aeropuerto al hotel sin hacer transbordo.

Las sábanas de la habitación no se habían cambiado entre los huéspedes anteriores y nosotrosy al acostarnos los olores eran desagradables y tuvimos que solicitar cambio de sabanas y un nuevo nórdico. Estas situaciones son inaceptables con lo que cuesta una noche allí. El desayuno con poca variedad y horario hasta las 9:45

Es war alles gut, Personal Freundlich. Restaurant von Hotel ist gemütlich Personal sehr Freundlich.

Good housekeeping team. Food was good.

Front office staff is a disaster. I asked a taxi it was confirmed and on the day after there was no taxi and the recommendation was that I call an Uber. The attitude of the staff at the check-in and check-out was very poor and not according to what hospitality is about. Restaurant staff wrong attitude.

Great location, less than 400m to “London Bridge” tube with 2 useful lines, while on the way you can stop and Borough Market. The room is nice and clean, breakfast is also nice, furniture’s looks new, bed and towels are clean. Room size was small for 2 adults and two kids, there is no space from more than one large suitcase. Kids breakfast is free

One day the room wasn’t clean by the staff, we complained and expect for compensation (for example: one free breakfast ?)

Breakfast was nice and lots of varieties of English breakfast. Convenient location with London Bridge underground station where one can catch Jubilee or Northern lines in order to reach anywhere in central London easily. Room was just OK in terms of size.

Continental breakfast should be arranged. Room size should be bigger. Shuttles should for the guests to and from Heathrow airport. Porter should be available to help you out to settle your luggage. King bed should be provided.

This room on the 6th floor was not functional. There is no real bathroom- sink is in the middle of the room, shower stall is located in area where there is no place to place towels, floor of shower is slippery and hotel could provide rubber mat to avoid slips nor where the any grab bars in the shower, shower head was too high and not adjustable. Over all it was the worst design of a hotel room we have ever encountered

Very comfortable hotel, clean and fresh. Bar and restaurant in the lobby. Space for families. Breakfast was a good hotel selection. Right by the Borough Markets, easy walk to Tower Bridge and the Tower of London.

It is just a little bit off the main transport lines. To get in towards Covent Garden or Westminster with public transport was a little inconvenient - budget more time than you would guess (unless you are taking taxis).

Nice hotell situated just a short walk from London Bridge underground. Quiet area yet so close to everything. Lovely food market close by.
