Frühstück war sehr monoton, Marmeladenabfüller häufig leer.

Location was great. Rooms quite big and well equipped. Good breakfast.

Some reception staff were helpful, others very unhelpful. One said that they would bring out bags to our room but the bag was not brought up, and when I downstairs to enquire I was told they did not have this service (so why offer in the first place?). Then the phone did not work. Then the next morning the breakfast queue was almost 100 people long - I could not wait that long with two toddlers so despite having already paid for breakfast had to go elsewhere. When I asked for a recommendation, the reception staff said they didn't know. When we then went to check out we asked to validate our parking a number of times - the reception staff were rude, and directed us to the Ibis next door. Finally, we spoke to the right person who stamped our ticket so we received a discounted rate for guests. The Ibis staff, in contrast were very helpful,

ottima posizione, molte mete turistiche sono raggiungibili a piedi e altrimenti i mezzi sono vicini. Anche subito fuori dall'hotel ci sono attrazioni che valgono la pena. Camere silenziose, bagno ampio.

camera un po' piccolina per 4 (figli adolescenti e quindi non piccolini), bagno spazioso, ma con vetro, che anche se oscurabile, limita la privacy
