Pulizia ottima, posizione molto buona con linee autobus che ti portano in tutta la città e a due passi da Tower Bridge. La sera molti locali nelle vicinanze e zona frequentata da molti giovani. Zona silenziosissima. Market nei pressi dell’albergo.

Se proprio devo scrivere qualcosa direi….Camere un po’ rovinate e doccia un po’ vecchiotta. Musica a colazione troppo alta.

Breakfast was OK but boring. I have lived in hotels for the last 9 weeks and only occasionally have been surprised by food that offers anything other the mundane scrambled eggs, baked beans etc. I did appreciate however that they offered an omelette by order.

Reception knowledge of local restaurants could be improved. The staff I asked had no local knowledge suggestions

Hôtel bien situé, à dix minutes à pied du Tower Bridge, et proche des bus et du métro. Personnel très agréable et disponible. Chambre spacieuse et confortable. Petit déjeuner copieux et diversifié.

La chambre mériterait un petit rafraichissement (moquette un peu ancienne et traces sur les peintures). Il manque quelques rangements pour déballer ses valises. Prix un peu élevé pour les prestations fournies.

Reception staff were attentive, friendly and very helpful. They saved what was otherwise an overpriced disappointing stay.

The room was grim. Tired and dirty. Damaged furniture and broken electric sockets. Really, really poor. For the price of almost £300 per night it was just not acceptable.

Sehr freundliches Personal. Lage mit guter Vus-Verbindung zum Stadtzentrum. Sehr gute Betten mit hohem Schlafkomfort. Frühstücksbuffet mit breiter Auswahl. Frische Omelettes können auvh bestellt werden.

Fenster im Zimmer können nicht geöffnet werden und Klimaanlage mit Nebengeräuschen. Dusche sollte zwingend entkalkt werden und da nur Regenduache vorhanden, ist Duschen immer mit Haarewaschen verbunden. Abluft in Badezimmer hat irgendwie nicht funktioniert und Wasser ist aus Dusche raus.

Location for my needs was ideal. Bathroom was clean and the shower had good water pressure. The bed was comfy. The staff I spoke to at reception were lovely.

I’m not sure what the plan for the desks in the rooms are but it’s odd and doesn’t really work effectively. The noise from the air con or vents is noticeable at all times and the state of the wall in my room was awful and clearly needed painting. Breakfast was fine but would make more sense to do vouchers or some deal with local cafes or shops to get better options there and spend the breakfast money on getting the hotel decorated and updated. The cleaner trying to enter at 8.30am when I was in the room and clearly stated I was packing also wasn’t ideal - why not check when people are checking out and just wait?

Mooie plek, ruim, goed ontbijt, vriendelijk personeel. Zeer mooi uitzicht. Bus 42 en 78 vlakbij dus perfect. Supermarkt tegenover.

Heel heet op kamer. Dus bellen dat verwarming uit moet vooral op de badkamer. Geen kast voor je kleding. Kan geen raam open. Maar als er iets is komen ze meteen helpen. Badmutsen liggen bij de balie 😁
