De locatie is echt geweldig. Met de tram naar de oude binnenstad waar het uitzicht echt mooi is.

Terras was niet zo gezellig

Very nice design of the hotel, spacious room with all facilities modernly refurbished. Easy access to and from the airport through public transport. Walking distance from the EU institutions, and the Infinity mall with few nice cafes and restaurants is just a couple of hundreds metres away. Nice staff, helpful and courteous.

Frühstück 25 Euro pro erwachsene Person zusätzlich. Für Kinder war das Frühstück gratis. Parking war 20 Euro zusätzlich.

The location to the train station

The hotel advertised breakfast was included even got an email but upon checking in the hotel wanted another 50 euros. I tried to show them the reservation info I received but was told that it was a mistake. So either booking or the hotel was. In the wrong since this now happened twice with the same hotel I believe it is the hotel chain that is deceptive. I would not recommend this hotel chain and do not believe everything in their listing or email confirmation.

Tolles Hotel in guter Lage. Schöne Zimmer, vor allem die Größe hat überzeugt.

Das Frühstück hat 25€ pro Person gekostet und war es definitiv nicht wert.

Ambiente confortável e espaçoso. Cama bem confortável, banheiro limpo com ótima banheira. Amei tudo do quarto. Tinha uma minha cozinha com microondas, pia, chaleira, adorei essa parte! A localização não é central, mas considerando que o transporte é gratuito, voce pega um tram a quatro minutos do hotel e vai para qualquer local da cidade. É pertinho do parlamento e de um shopping que tem um mega mercado que vale a visita. O ambiente é calmo e seguro.

Na verdade, a pessoa que me atendeu quando cheguei foi bem diferente do outro funcionario que estava atendendo outro casal. Ela demorou de me atender e não me deu sequer uma dica, enquanto o outro funcionário estava sendo mega solícito com o casal, dando varias dicas do que fazer etc. Acredito que ela estava num dia ruim, contudo precisa observar o trabalho e tratar melhor os hospedes. Quanto à localização, não fica tao perto dos pontos turisticos, mas vale a pena pois fica a quatro minutos do tram.

Poderia ter um restaurante com lanches ou um pequeno menu para o jantar

Room was spacious, the bathroom and toilet were great. The location of the hotel is excellent in the business center of Luxembourg and very close by public transport to the centre.

The breakfast selection could've included more vegan and healthy products (e.g. wholemeal bread) and it was limited in terms of choice overall given the price (e.g. cheese, fruit). It was a bit difficult to get a decaf coffee and a couple of the staff members at the breakfast weren't very friendly.
