Lage, Zimmer, Personal, Ausstattung lassen wirklich keine Wünsche offen - und wir haben wirklich schon viele Hotels besucht. Alle Zimmer sind individuell in die historische Bausubstanz eingepasst; ein schöner Innenhof lädt zum Verweilen und bei entsprechendem Wetter auch zum Essen ein. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das Frühstück: es wird auf Bestellung (Auswahl wie an einem gut sortierten Buffet) am Platz serviert, ist dadurch frisch zubereitet und es wird nichts vergeudet, was auf einem Buffet ja oft der Fall ist.
Sehr, sehr gut auch das Restaurant: Speisen- und Weinauswahl sowie Servicepersonal ohne Fehl und Tadel .
Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen.

Die Lage des Hotels in Hafen- und Citynähe ist genial, alles war fußläufig erreichbar.
Der Service und die Betreuung waren sehr gut, das Zimmer war genial sowie das tägliche Frühstück hervorragend. Rundum alles perfekt.

die individuell rekonstruierten Zimmer, historisches und Neues sehr elegant arrangiert .
leider hat das neue Parkhaus, welches aber für Stralsund erforderlich ist, den schönen Blick zum Stadthafen nicht ermöglicht.

Fantastiskt hus och fina rum med karaktär. Läget är perfekt och historiens vingslag slår här för varje svensk. I matsalen hänger Stralsunds svenska stadsvapen i blått och guld. Genomgående trevlig personal.

The place is just lovely, we had a suite with in-room sauna. The view to the old city was beautiful. The house is historic but well maintained, the whole place feels great and authentic. The staff was always nice and helpful. The place is very close to the marina and the city center. Plenty of restaurants are close by. Breakfast was nice, though you had to book a time slot in advance.
Parking is a bit odd, as it is in a public garage. We had to pay for the first day of parking, since we didn't know we could have the ticket validated. The first day the parking garage was so packed, we had to wait and look for a spot for 10 minutes. We stayed for two nights and the room wasn't serviced during that time. I don't mind that too much, but for 250€ a night in Stralsund, I would expect at least the beds to be prepared and the sinks to be wiped daily.

The location of the hotel is convenient and very close to the harbour.
Many different kinds of the breakfast that you can choose, very nice coffee(which the roast by themselves.) For our point of view its better than buffet, so it is less wasted.
The environment of the hotel is very nice , I think it's very suitable for couple not so for kids.
Staff in the restaurant are very nice and helpful. We are surprise they still have concierge to show the Hotel for us.
Sauna place is suuuuuper nice and luckily its only us when we used it.
Maybe will be better to have some nice and calm music at the sauna area.

- young trainees in the restaurant served us breakfast in the morning on our last day. There is a huge difference in terms of the service of the experienced restaurant employees and the trainee ones. Please ensure your trainees are well trained before they serve the guests. Otherwise, your high level of service quickly becomes quite unpleasant.
- Some hotel staff treat customers wonderfully and some others at a mediocre level. Ensure all employees have a high quality customer service in an aligned manner.

The staff was incredibly friendly and professional. The breakfast was exceptional. The room and other facilities were great.
The bed in the room was not very comfortable.

A lovely hotel in an excellent location. Within walking distance to all the sights. Breakfast is a treat; choose delectable delights from the menu at your own pace. You have to choose a time slot so be aware of that but for us it was no problem. The restaurant is also worth a visit.

This is a gorgeous hotel in an old building. My room was spacious and comfortable and full of character. The staff were very helpful and brought my bags to the room and drove me back to the station when I left - I hadn't realised but they can also pick you up if you request! The attached restaurant has outstanding food and a gorgeous historic interior. I can't recommend it enough and would love to come back!

Very nice breakfast. A la Carte but you can choose as much as you like. The location is perfect. Right next to everything. We had a room in the old building. It had a very nice atmosphere.

Fantastically renovated set of bombed out old buildings, highly recommended if you want some more than just a place to sleep. The rooms were very rustic with wooden beams and brick walls. Very good breakfast.
