If you’re looking for great access to what DC has to offer- this is the place!

My wife and I and most of our grown kids and their significant others were in DC for my nephew's wedding. We needed a multi-bedroom house that was within walking distance of popular sites. This house fits that bill wonderfully! It's clean, neat, roomy, and its location is excellent. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is spacious, and the host is reachable in the event any issues arise (which none did, but we still communicated). My kids all said that when we return to DC we should stay here again. Our compliments to the host!

Six of my co-workers and I stayed at this property during a local conference. The location couldn’t be better! Very walkable, great restaurants in the area. The property itself offered plenty of space for us, was clean, and very comfortable. David was east to communicate with and very responsive. Everyone had a great time and would love to stay again the next time we are in the area!

We brought together family from all over the country for a burial service at Arlington National Cemetery. The home easily accommodated four couples, kids and a few young adults while giving everyone enough privacy. The home is well appointed, well located, attractive and comfortable. We highly recommend!

Loved how spacious and accommodating this home was for a large group. Plenty of beds and bathrooms not to mention great shared living room space. Location is excellent - you’re within walking distance of shops, restaurants and bars. We loved our time and David was a super helpful and communicative host. Would love to return again!

We loved our time in this home. The house is exactly as pictured, but even bigger! There was plenty of room for all my guests, and it was wonderful having laundry machines in the basement unit as well as the upstairs unit. The bathrooms and kitchens were well-supplied, and kitchen even had many great cooking basics like oils, coffee and espresso. Heating/cooling worked great also. Parking is tricky since it's a popular (and beautiful!) neighborhood, so plan for extra time to park and move your car (2-hour parking zones). There is also lots of fun artwork around the home. There are lots of fantastic restaurants nearby, a CVS down the block, and supermarkets very close by. Everything you need is nearby, and it's a beautiful neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again!

This property was perfect for a large family group. All bedrooms were nicely furnished and comfortable. Top floor had extra space, second floor had the excellent laundry facilities. Basement apartment had separate entry, also kitchen, which gave extra privacy to one family group with children. Kitchen appliances were very modern. Spacioius first floor has living room, dining room, kitchen Large dining room table let up to eleven people sit together for dinner and game-playing. The location is great for walking around the city. We had a wonderful time in the house.

Outstanding property in an excellent for large families. Nearby restaurants and shopping added to a great DC experience. It was a great place to return after a day of sightseeing. Everyone had space for their needs.

Great house with big common areas for our game playing family. DC was a city where. We could anll meet up for a small reunion. Very comfortable beds and seating. Great stocked kitchen. David was great with early check in and quick to fedex extra wash cloths. Lovers the location close to busses, subway (DuPont circle), and the zoo. Great food suggestions and close to many many restaurants.

David is an excellent host. The house was perfect for my family. We planned on 7, but ended up people. He met us at the begning and showed us the home and access. We used the basement as well. We didn't cook, but you could in either kitchen. The thermostat went out and there wasn't heat one day, but we used the space heaters and he was prompt on getting it back up an running within hours. Beware of the dishwasher. The springs are broken and the heavy door slammed down on my husbands chins. We love the Dupot/Adams Morgan areas. Walkable to the subway/metro and many places to eat. We were able to fit a mini-van carefully in the rear parking space.

Property supported large extended family for a Thanksgiving get away to DC. Plenty of space to spread out and to host a large meal and a great location to get around town.

Our family had a wonderful stay at this very large , lovely brownstone in an ideal location for our daughter’s DC wedding . The home was well equipped ie: bathrooms with toiletries, kitchen well provided with dishes, glassware, cooking utensils, and appliances. The rooms very spacious and my family particularly commented on how very comfortable all the mattresses were. The third floor suite, with a mini kitchen as well, was a perfect setting for the bridesmaids to get ready. The 2 bedroom downstairs apartment was a bonus with another full size kitchen. Our host was very accommodating allowing us to check in early as we had an airport run to make. Thank you David. We would highly recommend staying at this home , you wont be disappointed.

The floor plan of this home worked out perfectly! We have a large family and never felt cramped. Great location with a Trader Joe's nearby as well as other great restaurants. Thank you helping make our family trip to DC memorable.

We brought six Mentees and 2 Mentors from the L.A.M.P. Mentor Program for a week of college visits, museum excursions, and networking opportunities. This property - one of the three that we used - was ideal for the trip and our goals. It was clean, near all of our destinations, and comfortable. The hosts were very accommodating and helpful.

Loved the spaciousness and location of this townhouse. Street parking was available for all of us within walking distance (the alley parking is not a viable option.) David is nice and pretty responsive.

Great location, well equipped functional kitchen, plenty of space.

We were very happy with the property. Six of us stayed here instead of a conference hotel. We had plenty of space and the unit was well equipped. Only suggestions are to add hotpads to kitchen, a broom and dustpan and washcloths to the bathrooms.

The house was as advertised. Very convenient and well appointed, with responsive host.

Stayed here for 3 nights with some work colleages. It is HUGE, well appointed, clean and really comfortable - none of that fake staging furniture. I slept like a baby. David was awesome - showed me around and was available for our needs - he even left us some treats in the fridge. The neighborhood is so fun - really close to Adams Morgan's shops and restaurants. All around an A+ experience!

This is the second time I have booked this property. The location is great and the property fits our needs. David is always so wonderful to work with. If problems or questions do arise, he is quick to respond.

I booked this brownstone for my work colleagues and I to stay in as an alternative to the conference hotel, and we loved staying here! The pictures don't quite do this property justice as it felt lighter, brighter and more open in person. David was responsive, welcoming and pro-active, and we couldn't have asked for a better host! He even provided drinks for us, which was an unexpected treat. We would definitely stay here again!

We were welcomed by David, a fantastic property owner, with a tour of the property and lots of advice on anywhere we would need anything or things to do! The property itself was absolutely beautiful and far exceeded our expectations. There were so much space and the absolute perfect property for our two families to have gathered together for the first time. Our daughter and their son got married that weekend and we were able to be in the perfect location to access everything we needed and be near all of the different activities that were going on. We really appreciated the history behind the home, my husband researched it and was very impressed. The fact that the bottom floor, a sort of “basement” with a separate, kind of apartment, was newly renovated and fantastic because it gave our older kids (adults) their own space. So many different kitchen spaces that we were never crowded or on top of each other. Parking was easy and there always seem to be a place right outside we will absolutely stay there again if we are all fortunate enough to come to DC together again, hopefully when we are blessed with a grandbaby, LOL! Highly recommend staying in this property, which I would definitely call a home, thank you so much David for creating such a wonderful space for us to be together 😊

Great location and great layout for our group.

We had a group of 8 extended family members together for a DC weekend and my daughter's college graduation. David was an excellent, responsive host and this brownstone had everything we could want. The beds were fantastic! It was spacious for our group and we could have fit more comfortably. It was a great set up to hang out in the comfortable living room, cook in the kitchen and enjoy the neighborhood around U street. We intended to cook more but there were so many great restaurants in the area that we did a bit of both. It's an urban location and you do hear some street noise in the front bedroom -- my ear plugs did the trick and no one else heard the cars. We liked being so close to so many parts of DC and enjoyed the neighborhood as well. I highly recommend this rental. We plan on coming back to enjoy it.

Our crew rented this Brownstone for a work trip while in DC. The location is amazing and the management is top notch and extremely responsive. It was very clean and the owner made sure we had access the moment we landed. Would highly recommend staying here. We (several couples) rented the property to attend a wedding in DC. The brownstone exceeded our expectations! Gorgeous furnishings and convenient to great shops and restaurants. Kitchen is well appointed and we were able to cook meals for our group with ease. David is excellent with timely communication. Absolutely recommend this property and manager!!
