Location, room size

Nice gym with good equipment, pool was alright as well, staff were nice and professional and check-in was a breeze. Location is very central and Wi-Fi was okay.

Sound proofing is very poor, I could practically hear everything from the next room. The arrangement of the rooms make the noise problem worse. First time at this hotel and when I was asked for an ice bucket, I was asked to pay!!!!

The bar upstairs was okay and the manager very helpful but they seemed under staffed

Shocking service from the receptionist who worked night/ morning shift on thur night/ Friday morning (3rd march) there was LOUD music coming from a room upstairs. Woke us up, we called reception twice they said they told them to put it down but it so bad we la ded up leaving at 4.45am. When I complained the guy at the front desk was SO cheeky and said they are our guests as well. If they are upsetting people on the floor Below them and top of them surely 1 room doenst run the whole hotel. We were told they were in a royal room. I will never ever come here again. They just disnt care and the attitude of the front desk was appalling!!! We live in Saudi Arabia and just went home. Spoiled our day in bahrain. Is it because we are expats?? I am not sure. Receptionist need to be checked The room smelled of smoke even though we asked for a non smoking room

v old furniture, it took me 45 min to take my luggage up, and when i want to check out, i asked for assistance waited 30 min no one show , i took my staf oue. the rood does not have anything you need to ask for simple things like shampoo
