- Location (Juffair area) - Good price - Big rooms - Comfortable bed. - Big bottle of water included.

- Room had a strong smell to cigarette, at the point i had to open the windows. Very uncomfortable. - Reception needs to improve customer service. I saw customers arguing there and was not a good feeling. Also she wasn't very welcoming. - I don't know if it's true what the taxi driver said but the hotel takes 3 BHD from the taxi fare if they call. This really makes me very angry because a 5 BHD service to the airport became a 10 BHD. They never mentioned this and it's frustrating! - Noise. There is a club there and it's loud. I'm glad i came too tired to the hotel so fell asleep without caring too much.

It's a nice good place to stay. Rooms are very spacious.

Toilet fixtures are old.

Excellent, professional and friendly staff.

Shower was cold, but at least it got my day going.

i dislike the treatment of the reception stuff, the sell us the bottle of water , i never seen a hotel sell the water, botlle of water is free in any hotel the T.V has poor channels (15 channels only) the towels is not clean enough the swimming pool is not working at all without prior notification , also they offer us to use neighbor swimming pool which is very bad and not clean

Room size was very good. (37m2). Lobby, room and toilet were all clean. Hot water under pressure was available. Complimentary tea, coffee, mineral water bottles, electric kettle, small fridge and microwave facilities were available. Iron stand, electric iron, personal safe was there. A good value of money vs facilities.

I went there in January; winter season but unfortunately the heating system was not working. Switched on the a/c, set the temp at 30 degree but found cold air coming even after running it for 10 mins. Probably as the number of guests were very few, they saved money by keeping the heating system off. Secondly, becareful when pressing clothes. Do not rely on Iron thermostat.
