Its a nice place to stay , apartment was neat and clean and well funished also. Location is good with 03 floors for parking available in hotel and also lot of free parking infront of hotel. Rooms are specious and beds are comfortable.

It took 30 mins to check in, the room had no hot water as the pumps were broken. After we unpacked we had to move rooms. No toaster, no cooking items, nothing!! Sheets were stained and had holes in them! Hot tub and pool not functioning. We stayed 4 nights and cleaner came ONCE!. The manager said sorry but nothing was offered to compensate. They were renovating apparently and moving furniture at 2am keeping us awake!! NO SERVICE AT ALL. NOTHING. We asked for tea bags upon arrival and they said, not our priority.

it’s not clean at all so expensive for an apartment like that !!

From the reception till room the staff were super accommodative and polite and friendly. Negative: the snooker table was missing balls and sticks. The pool is not so big and not shallow at one end type. Sauna was not working, it would be great if they can make little hot water mix in pool during winter.

It was two bedroom big hall and nice kitchen with three washroom bathrooms. The rooms were big, and cozy beds and sofa and very clean overall. Intercom in all rooms, and quick response to all telephonic ordres.

It’s a nice apartment hotel. All appliances work, spacious, clean. Manager (Nasir Uddin) is exceptionally helpful: whatever we asked for was immediately fulfilled anytime be it day or night. There is a grocery shop nearby: Combimarket, that sells exceptionally tasty and fresh fruitplates - make sure to try. Nearest beach: Bahrain Bay beach - a few BD Uber drive.

Unfortunately guests smoke inside their rooms and occasionally the smoke smell reaches your room.

The flat was super dirty, the bathroom rood was leaking and we weren’t notified about it, while the staff knew about it. The shower is greasy and the bed sheets are dirty (spotted and full of hairs). The living room Sofa was burned and dirty and full of spots of things spilled on it. so disappointed!! the staff weren’t helpful either, when we claimed by the front desk, the staff start acting as he doesn’t understand me & refuse to take any action.
