The hotel was very clean and grand. It also has a shopping mall next to it. The breakfast were excellent , you will be spoiled with so many options. The bar and restaurant at the ground floor serves beautiful steak and beer. Housekeeper was really nice and thoughtful. She realized that I drink more Breakfast tea and She left me extras tea bags. Front desk staffs were also very friendly.

Good location for the trade show we were attending with direct access to the conference centre. Large, clean rooms. Excellent staff. Good breakfast. Direct access to the mall with a good selection of shops and restaurants. Access to MTR.

It took longer than expected to deliver bathroom amenities and it seemed that different departments, such as Concierge and Front desk, are not collaborating very well.

The playground and the gym were nice. The location was good close to the mall and underground station. The toiletries in the room were good brand. They were quick to clean the room and to refill on water coffee and fruits The breakfast buffet had a lot of varieties

Check in and check out lines of the hotel were very long. The hotel had 6 elevators and only a few were working so there was always a long line and a long wait to take the elevator up or down. The swimming pool was very cold. The AC was very low so we went once and didn't want to go back. Breakfast lines was very long in the morning in the weekend as well.

Kids area, gym and pool is nice , many options for dinner. Room was very comfortable and clean

My younger son got sick a little bit at night and I asked the stuff to help me buy medicine online, because foreign ID cannot be used to do it in China. They refused to help me buy it. Instead they helped me to find the nearest drugstore, so I had to go at night to the drugstore to buy the medicine.

We stay in this hotel ever year for work as it's close to the SNIEC. This year they exceeded our expectations by recruiting English speaking staff members that were beyond helpful and nice. Big up to Julie the Ukrainian girl for all the tips and recommendations with a smile
