The hotel definitely fulfilled our expectation, value for money, quiet and family friendly. Check in and out was fast and the staff are helpful and friendly to accommodate to our requests. We wanted to enjoy the kids pool however it was under maintenance when we stayed and the hotel notified us earlier via email. We love the arcade machines at the lobby but most of the machines are not functioning so hopefully the hotel will fix and add more as it was a fun for the kids. We love the joint bedroom however the cleanliness of the room was questionable. There are hairs and dusts everywhere. The room is good size and quite spacious. The beds are quite firm but it did not bother us that much. The hotel food could be improve, the menu and room service are so limited. The hotel is about 10 mins drive to several tourist spots such as Melaka Zoo, Crocodile Farm & Mini Heritage. There's quite a number of good restaurants nearby (within 10 -15 mins drive).

The cleanliness of the room was questionable. There are hairs and dusts everywhere. We ordered room service and it took 2 days for someone to collect the plates at our door.
