Location Cleanness Amazing Staff

Great front desk service. Colby was friendly and helpful, also a plus that he speaks French. Beautiful area, numerous cafe's and restaurants nearby, with a strong visible police presence for safety. Breakfast offers a good selection of fresh fruit and juices, as well as traditional fare with a wide variety of quality pastries. Excellent value for money in comparison to Hyatt and similar offerings nearby.

Very good hotel to stay in Argentina. Clean and nice rooms, 24hrs reception, good restaurant in the lobby. Location is also prime!

The staff was very helpful and friendly. 11 points of 10 to them. The willingness to give us another room after I mentioned that I could not get sleep last night because of the broken AC's noise. Also the Italian restaurant at the first floor is incredible. One of the best hotel's restaurants I have ever been to.

Perhaps the breakfast buffet's selection should be bigger.

It is a very clean hotel. The breakfast was varied and lovely.

The staff didn't take any interest in helping whatsoever. Very rude. Our upgrade wasn't an upgrade at all. The water in the shower kept flooding everywhere and we spend too much time cleaning. Maintenance threw out our toothpaste we brought from home and never bothered to replaced it. Sincerely, the hotel had a few good things, though it could modernise a bit more, but the staff made this weekend a very bad experience for us. Never have I ever seen this bad treatment towards guests in hotels before. Don't recommend.

Please put Smart TVs. TVs now are old 32" LCDs. Relics of the past.

location, quality of the staff, cleanliness, breakfast and one of the best restaurants in the city is why I rated it so high

to be honest, the only thing missing was a bar/lounge but right around the corner is a cool bar, 420 Quintana
