It’s decent in a quiet neighborhood.

Hotel needs a lot of work, shows it’s years. The windows are in quite bad shape, don’t close properly, are very thin and provide minimal noise reduction. Hotel general areas are ok, but could use some work.

Poor noise insulation. It was hard to sleep well at night. For a hotel that's in this price range, they should do a better job.

They overcharged my card with $130 dollars. Emailed them 5 times. They never replied to me. I had to take up to the credit card. I wouldnt stay there again.

They have an excelente breakfast selection and attention. Front desk and bell boy very helpful. Near a multitude of good restaurants. Bar was good as well.

Matress was terrible, we had to call for a replacement. The replacement was a little bit better but not up to par with the standard of the same class hotel we stayed with in the past. Otherwise it would had receive a perfect rating from us

wait time for check in was too long . employee had difficulty to talk English even receptionists , except the guy was concierge (Sebastian ). between my room balcony door and frame was a big gap which wind and noise came from outside to the room, I complained but they didn’t respond.

It has met exactly what I was expecting: A very nice place to stay in BsAs/Puerto Madero. Staff was very professional and friendly. Furniture is clean and relatively new. Breakfast was great.

Interesting elevators. Never seen one where you select the floor outside the elevator and can't change your mind once inside.

Street noise. But it is a big city. The VAT discount for non-Argentinians was unclear. The quoted price apparently does NOT include VAT like in other countries. So then they add it and then take it off. Not what I was expecting.
