La ubicación.
Estando con nuestro equipaje dentro del hotel (en la recepción) nos robaron una mochila con dinero, documentos, etc. Esto indica la poca seguridad que hay en el hotel. No volvería a ese hotel.

La ubicación es excelente, el servicio muy bueno, lavan y desinfectan las habitaciones, es silencioso y muy cómodo , las sábanas son suaves y las cobijas también m, la tele funciona bien y las habitaciones tienen calefacción

Good location just a few minutes walk from the main square. Decent breakfast included, heating in the room, nice bed restaurant on site, books available, nice price.
The window has view to the window of the room next door, so either you have no privacy or you have no sunlight. The TV is ancient and doesn't even play media from USBs. The restaurant closes very early, at 9pm i was having dinner and wanted some dessert and they told me the restaurant was already closed. The breakfast is from 6am to 8am, that's also closing too early. The Wifi took quite a bit of tinkering to get working on my Mac.

Location, value for the money
When I tell to the waiter that there was no more bread, I was told to wait a little. 1/2 hour later I had to ask to another person who went out to buy some bread. It was within breakfast time.

Incredible comfort after a long journey. Hotel rooms with all equipment so that you don't miss anything, an oasis of well-being in the busy city center. Extremely helpful staff.

The staff. Unfriendly and we were wrongly accused twice of not paying for laundry services. During the first accusation they tried to stop two of our group leaving. On the second occasion after we’d left their response to my having evidence of payment was to say ‘ thanks for the information’ no apology whatsoever

The lady at reception was so welcoming and accommodating. Organised tours and also the boat to Bolivia to leave Peru due to state of emergency. It was almost impossible to move anywhere.
The breakfast was fine, always coca tea at reception. This is definitely one of the better places I have stayed in this price range. The location was perfect.
Although the beds are a bit small they were comfortable, but for 2 large people could be a tight fit. Sometimes the water wasn't always hot. Everything considered I definitely recommend for the price!

Everything was very nice, friendly staff, good breakfast, heater and hairdryier in the room (first time ever in Perú).
The only reason I don't give a 10/10 is the wifi, it is very unstable, if you need to work is not the place for you.

My family and I had breakfast after hours, around 830am
The breakfast schedule 6-8am, to early. It will, be nice to sleep late and still have breakfast.. ideallyv 6-9am
Also to add variety, healthier cereals like granola. Kiwicha and some fruits for breakfast.

clean and great location. restaurant on site. the hotel and the rooms were excellent. good break included in the price. oxygen available on site if required. despite the issue in the restaurant I would definitely stay again.
was continually ignored by the waiter. He eventually came across. he didn’t know what was available and had to go to kitchen to ask, he didn’t understand what I wanted despite me pointing at my choices and then asked which course I wanted first. ?. totally forgot my beer. food however was tasty.

No view from the room. No ventilation, only if u open a window.

Advertised as a 4-star hotel, but similar to the 3-star hotels that we stayed in. Dining room was cold.
