Amazing hot shower - good pressure, very hot water. The room was very clean and spacious. There was a small heater in the room, which definitely helped to keep the room warmer, taking in account that it was -2-4C outside at night. Breakfast was simple but decent - scrambled egg, fresh juice, fruits, bread, cheese, coffee, etc. Staff was very nice and sweet, I think they spoke only Spanish (though I didn't try any English with them) The internet also worked well, though I didn't use it much

The room was very spatious and clean, bed super comfy and the shower always had hot water. The staff was super friendly and helpful in organizing buses. We chose to stay at this place twice.

The curtains could be a bit darker, as it gets bright really early.

the place was really clean. you get a properly hot shower with nice towels. breakfast is nice with lots of fresh fruits. the staff was incredibly helpful and nice. we had to extend one day because of visa issues and that was no problem at all… they even let us use their computer and printer! cannot recommend enough.

They should not advertise parking, because the parking is three blocks away. It is a little noisy early at night.

Great place. Personnel was super helpful and knowledgeable. Managed to organize titicaca tour and transportation efficiently and cheaper than in any agency. Breackfeast was superb, over the average with fruits, fresh orange juice (and pineapple, papaya) in th emorning is priceless. Yahourt, cereals, egg, bread jam and all. PErfect to start your day. Even made it at 5h30 when we had to start early with a whole group. Rooms seems a bit humid at forst but heater is there and efficient, hot water is present with plenty or pressure, and wifi was perfectly acceptable averywhere. One block from the center. Rooms view was not great at the back but the spot was super quiet. A very good pick.

Just go for it.
