Spacious room, solid breakfast, good WiFi, close to bus station.

Room a little chilly but a small heater was provided which did help.

They opened the windows before we came so it was freezing

Nice staff, good breakfast. Hypermarket is very close. The beds were extremely comfortable!

Internet got quite bad after the first day, there was very little water to shower and the temperature was hard to adjust. No room service. The tours that they offer are good, but a lot more expensive than normal.

Wifi is spotty sometimes

We informed hotel that we will arrive early in the morning 5AM for two nights. After we were dropped off by the hotel and rang the door bell, noboday was there to let us in. We asked our guide to call via phone. The receptionist picked up the phone but still did not open the door. Our guide called the hotel twice and still nothing. So after spending 30 minutes in front of the hotel at 5 AM we had to search for a new place to stay. Terrible experience, unreliable staff!

Very dirty bed and shower, gave me scabies

The location is great, got to stay in a big bed and very comfortable. They also let us check in early and take a shower plus they arranged a tour for us

The roof had leaks and the bathrooms didn't have shampoo, toilet paper and the water pressure was very low

Breakfast was ok (bread, jam, butter, egg, coffee and tea) Good location.

The bathroom wasn't clean. The staff was not very friendly.

The early check-in, the ability to book a tour to the floating islands, the laundry option, the central location. A good option for an overnight stay, nothing more.

It really was NOT clean, especially the bathroom. The WiFi does not work.
