Great location and amenities

No free breakfast

The staff were very friendly and accommodating, the room was very clean, cool and comfortable, the breakfast had great variety. The gym was well equipped, the cafe in the lobby was nice, and the hotel was connected to a very big shopping mall with a good variety of shops and restaurants.

No issues

Die Lage war sehr gut, nur ein paar wenige U-Bahn Stationen zu alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten entfernt. Direkt neben dem Hotel gibt es eine große Mall, ein Restaurant mit westlichen Speißen und ein Starbucks Cafe aber auch in der näheren Umgebung gibt es viele Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Hotelpersonal dass uns geholfen hat in letzter Minute doch noch Tickets für die verbotene Stadt und die große Mauer zu bekommen.

Alles war Bestens, es gibt nichts zu beanstanden. :-)

It’s a very beautiful hotel with amazingly friendly and helpful staff. Staff was doing my everything to help us and never fail :) Breakfast is unbelievably good! There is everything you can think of. From fresh made omelets and pancakes to variety of Asian delicious soups. Desserts are great. There are a lot of fresh fruits. One of the best breakfast I’ve ever had at the hotels. And one more thing - incredibly comfortable bed. We felt like we are sleeping in the clouds.

Friendly staff all speak English well.

Very nice, friendly and always helpful staff, great location, close to a subway station. Also i loved those cute robots bringing me water to my room.
