The hotel is great value for money, I was made very welcome by all the staff, and everyone was very helpful in every way possible. They could not do enough to make my stay as pleasant and as comfortable as possible. Even with a few issues with my room, they offered to move me to a better room.

Unfortunately, there were a couple of issues with the maintenance of the room. A slight leak on a tap and the window surround was not good. The management changed rooms for me, and the second room was much better. A pity about the building site opposite, which was very noisy throughout the day

Wifi was very bad, hard to connect, couldn’t watch Netflix or use Wifi on our phones on our room-very, very disappointed.

The pictures were a little deceiving - my room included one extra single bed that wasn't shown in the pictures, and took up space for no good reason. Additionally, the night-lights next to the bed in the picture are just not there. There is only the main light of the room, which is very bright. When I spoke with the stuff about these issues, they did not offer any solution. Eventually I just switched to a different kind of room. One more annoying thing - the visitors' policy in this place is very strict. Unlike most of the hotels that I stayed in in Colombia, they do not allow visitors during the day as well. Overall, I find the price of the room to be a little too high comparing to what you get.

The room was rather big and clean. The hotel also suggested good tours at a good price.

There was a noisy generator next to our window and the room was not soundproof. The bathroom was quite small.

Really good neighborhood, really good breakfast , shuttle service from the airport for 80 mil pesos. The people are quite nice.

I had a room with a window to a super loud water boiler (you had window to a room with a water boiler and this room had a window to the street). But the next day I could change the room.
