Старые полотенца необходимо заменить. Не было горячей воды. Ванную комнату надо обновить ремонтом.

Sinds ons laatste bezoek vorig jaar, is er het eea verbeterd. De verfkwast heeft de boel opgefleurd en de rooftopbar met live muziek is een aangename plek. Het ontbijt blijft goed aan het strand. De service en vriendelijkheid is top.

Het beddengoed was niet helemaal fris maar werd snel verschoond. De WiFi kan veel beter.

This place was amazing, I was so happy that I booked this. The property and the rooms were perfect for my wife and I. The breakfast was delicious and there was great snorkeling from the beach.

The only thing I didn't like was the taste of the dinner at the main restaurant. I ordered satay chicken and there was little or no flavor and the only sambol they served was in a bottle. There is several local restaurants near by so no worries. The hotel also has a small warung in front of the restaurant and that was really good.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. I booked my transport to the Gili Islands with them and it was very easy and good value. The view from the beachfront restaurant was beautiful and the breakfast had good options. The location is handy for everything I needed. You can snorkel right outside the hotel, as well as walking round to the bay nearby.

The hotel is a little tired. The first room I was shown didn't have a working lock, but they moved me when I asked. It's understandable for the price.

Its located perfect when travelling with a big group. In the city centre and still the feeling of being in a tropical forrest. The staff is really friendly and accomodating. The helped us book a bus back to Kuta for a good price.

The bathroom was old without hot water . You can hear your neighbors even if they whisper. No privacy!

Two swimmingpools, free sunbeds on the beach and good Cafe. Great hotel for families with kids! For a couple also great stay but take the bigger room because of the bed and rock in the shower☺️

Bed was to hard, had to take a massage for my back. Also a strange rock in the shower, that makes it difficult to shower. Asked the staff for a better matras but they didn’t had. Only two things that was not so well. The rest is good

Nice location and hotel. This hotel is mostly what you expect from the pictures. The restaurant is nice (seaside) and there are two pool (not on the beach side of the street). However the room we got was in need of a refresh. Especially the bathroom and the duvet (stained). Overall it is a nice place, but we did prefer another hotel in amed (we had to split our stay at two places because of limited availabilities at the other place). Just keed in mind we were in amed for diving and we didn’t use all the facilities in this hotel. :)

2 beautiful pools, rooms are so spacious and great air conditioning, location opposite beach with the best snorkelling. Would reccommend visiting!

No hot water in the shower, drain for water on the floor wasn't working. We stay 2 nights, and this 2 nights there was a live music show at the bar, not possible to sleep before 11:30 pm because of the loud sound. And they give us a bedroom in front of some construction, so not possible to sleep more late than 8am because of the noise from that, during the whole day.

Something is not ok with a pool.

the rooms are a fair price,and clean,also breakfast was lovely and the view of ocean also lovely..I could snorkeling anywhere along beach,the area is quiet which suits me after being in legian also the ocean is clean and clear vision in Amed,happy and safe to swim there with minimal current..

I liked everything about the property

Great place to stay. Right across from the beach with snokling there and close by at Jemeluk Bay. Good food and massages. Staff were great, they organised transport for us. Thanks Budi.

the bathroom stinks a lot and after a while I had headache because of the strong smell. Bread at the breakfast buffet was full of flies and smelled really bad wasn’t in conditions to be served. I couldn’t eat the bread

price was decent but we would have expected to the minimum a clean room.

check in process was very bad, we contacted the hotel through booking to let them know we would arrive around 22h because of traffic and asked if there was anywhere we could get good at this hour or if we could order something from their restaurant in advance. they replied after we checked out the next day… the men waiting for our check in didn’t say a word, not hello not this your room or the wifi code and didn’t help us at all with any luggage to climb the 3 set of stairs. the room was dirty and full of dust below the bed. breakfast was a buffet full of flies and didn’t look fresh at all.

Great Service, Best Location in Amed, Good food in the restaurant. Fantastic Value. Had a very nice stay here. :-D
