Amazing location! Great service and staff was helpful!

The view was amazing and the private beach was extremely useful. Staff was attentive and very helpful

Wifi did not work in our room and there was a wedding on one of the night we stayed which made the amenities unavailable.

The view is perfect. The suite is nice, especially a large bathroom with jacuzzi. Breakfast is not diversed but delicious. Hotel staffs are helpful.

The pool was close in my last morning. Lobby to my room is quite dark. No kettle in room.

Our lobby host was the best part of our experience staying there. He arranged everything and even upgraded us to what we believed to be the room with the best view. Bed was brand new and the suite was so spacious with our own private terrace. This is one of the very few (literally like 3) that actually has private beach. This is a luxury hotel for sure.

The restaurant wasn’t very good. The food was a bit bland. It had a creative dinner menu and looked great in pictures but no taste. Excellent service and vibe though.

We loved the location of this hotel. There is a direct staircase (of about 300 steps!!!) down to the more exclusive end of the beach, so that was great! Dining here wasn’t the best, but the bar man Giuseppe was on point (best Negroni in Positano). He also gave us some great recommendations for where to dine in Positano. The views from this hotel are amazing, postcard type stuff. So sipping on cocktails watching the sunset was magical. The staff were attentive and the room with a balcony was massive. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Positano.

We didn't love the restaurant, but that by no means ruined our stay.

A beautiful hotel with an amazing view of all of Positano. The beach club private access is definitely a great add on. We had such a great time (only one night though) and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The porter service from the hotel to the ferry terminal is so helpful as well...it has a charge but is well worth it!

Definitely a pricey place, but I feel it's what you get for the premium location! The staff across the hotel, pool, beach were all lovely, but we had a bit of a strange experience at dinner. Staff seemed judgemental of their patrons, but even worse was that they seemed to all be angry and upset with one another.
