Very spacious apartment with all mod cons. Great power shower. Nice small pool area albeit we didn’t use the pool. Ideal location down a side street.

The hotel was close to many locations like the beach, shopping and restaurants. And as well the cleaner lady who was very nice and friendly and did a wonderful job in cleaning.

I enjoyed staying there - there place is good value for money, the staff are friendly and accommodating, and the room was cleaned every day. All appliances were in a good working condition. The internet connection was decent but sometimes not enough for video calls.

The air conditioning unit for my room and the room next door was on the outside of the bedroom wall - this caused some noise during the night.

Furniture and Fixtures! Smart Television and kitchen appliances. Everything is brand new and so up-to-date. Location is so close to the beach and the best part is a wide balcony.

the staff don’t speak English or any foreign language so it’s a lil bit hard to communicate. You have to take the stairs for the upper floor which is uncomfortable with carrying heavy luggages.

Location was good. Close to the beach ⛱️ restaurants all around the place. Close to promenade. Staff was friendly, the host (can't remember his name) was really kind, I don't think "that was his job to do". He is just nice to everyone. Husayn was nice while checking us in, answered all my questions (well those he could answer) Camille was also kind and smiling :) Value for the price. This place is ment to be an apartment complex but they act like hotel. Cleaning the rooms, washing dishes if needed/requested/tippped, reception 24 hours, serving breakfast again if requested. The A/C WORKED GOOD and that was the most important part for me. Hot water. Grocery kiosk 30 seconds from the place. We had reservation for two standard rooms, one was upgraded due to full booking.

Not that I didn't like it but smth to say, might be important for someone. We were there with friends, in their room they didn't have a blanket (we sorted it out) No beach/pool towels -- you have to have yours. Towels in the rooms are changed once in three days (that was fine for me, but my friends were not comfortable with that).

The location of the hotel is superb. You've got plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The beach is just 100m away from the property. Our apartment had 2 balconies. The bed was super comfortable and soft, plus we had 2 aircons. And lastly, special gratitude to the reception team - absolute legends. They were extremely helpful which made my experience at the Twin Apart Hotel and Alanya even better. Thank you guys!))

Personally, I think the hotel should provide some basic things, such as shampoo, shower gel, coffee, sugar, salt. They are not expensive and could make the first hour after settling more pleasurable, instead of going outside and looking for a shop. So, treat my option as a suggestion for future improvements. Plus a simple instruction on a piece of paper with a welcoming message and how to connect to the WiFi and the reception could be of a big use.

Wrong room was allocated. For 10 days stay the reservation team should have been more considerate when assigning the room. Very low ceiling, despite the size it felt very stuffy in the room.

The location was amazing, we were close to almost everything, the staff members were so much friendly and helpful, the rooms size is a quite bit bigger than expected, the apartment is equipped with everything you need including the kitchen equipment. I definitely recommend it.

All The people who are working there, are so friendly and Happy. Restaurant downstair has delicious food and nice could drinks Specially Hakan is mister Sunshine.

Awesome friendly staff. Perfect location in a quiet place of the city, 3 mins to the sea. New, modern renovation in the aparts and BOSCH appliances. Everyday cleaning, gym, pool, library, everything you need to spent a perfect vacation. I will definitely come back and recommend to my friends.

The ramp for the baby stroller is very steep, so you can easily fall.

What I like to this property is near to everywhere like 2-3 minutes walk to the beach, theres a store infront of the place and there is a nearby restaurant too like few steps away from the property. Receptionist were too helpful in everyway because they wont hesitate to answer all your questions and housekeeping are really nice too and they clean everyday. Regarding about Wifi,well it is really good and fast. I am really satisfied with my stay. I would probably book this property again when i come back to Alanya.❤❤❤
