Staff stoletju goods from fridge !

it was in an ideal position . staff were always very helpful and friendly . Cleaners came everyday with smiles on their faces . Apartment was a good size with everything needed . Pool and bar area was excellent with a good selection of food and drink .

WiFi and lighting in rooms are very-very poor

Really big room, kitchen is okay, enough things to cook and eat. Very big balcony. Great hotel team! Location is good, not 100% touristic, so there are lot of shops, cafes and bistros, you can eat cheap and fast. Hotel restaurant prices are ok too.

Not superb beds, but still ok.

You get what you pay for. It was very clean though and the girls clean every day which is good.

What I didn’t like was that when you use the AC you pay 9 euros per day whether you use it or not and unfortunately in my case nobody told me this from the beginning that the fee for ac would be that high. When I talk to the reception the price list for ac and other things was covered and their excuse was that I could find the prices on the website. I am sorry but at 22 in the evening when I am freezing and calling down to the reception to get the ac on maybe it would be good to mention what the fee is counted on- day, and not by active usage which any other person would think they could do. So by the end of my 10 day stay I get a bill for 90 euros even though I use it only on first days. They did charge me for three days after I argue for the lack of information about the prices and that it is not reasonable to not just say that when checking in like you do with giving out the password for Wi-Fi or letting the customer know the time for breakfast.

Ok price. Central location

No air conditioning in the living room makes it very difficult in the summer if you are more than 2 people. Bad experience during checkout; they refused to accept my credit card for payment in EUR, and wanted me to convert to TL with the exchange rate of our check-in date! Of course for conversion of bar expenses from TL to EUR they used the rate of the day!
