Very poor breakfast, Not nice, no eggs, no frukt except watermelon

Staff in reception, we asked for an entra blanket, and we could not have, only in wintertime he said The lower staffs were nice, but the men in charge were so arrogant, i did not tip them as I usual do. Problem also with a lot of prostitutes, not nice for families with children I think. Staff ignored when I said this. One of the reasons why we moved to another hotel.

- Swimming pools - Cozy room - Strong WiFi (it was enough to work from the hotel) - Good air-conditioner, but you have to be careful about it, because it’s easy to catch a cold

- Too far from Cleopatra beach (around 25 min by foot or 10 min by taxi) - Poor breakfasts

Very central location and walking distance to the beach. Very clean an comfortable rooms. However what makes this hotel exceptional is its staff. Very friendly, helpful and always smiling. For Pinar; Adam thinks you are the sweetest lady he met and he will miss you :)

The breakfast window is to short 8-10am, so we skipped it a couple of times. Would have also preferred some juices with the breakfast.

I highly recommend the venue for staying with friends or family! Amazing location, everything is close. Sea side is 5 mins walk, shopping and bars 5-7 mins. Staff is very friendly, polite and helpful! Thanks guys on the bar and lobby area. Cleaning personnel very friendly. If you're not looking luxury but nice place to stay close to everything then feel free to book it! Rooms are clean and air-conditioned. Bed is quite comfortable. Not a big but nice and clean swim pool. Thank you guys ❤️

Maybe bigger shower zone area and some basic stuff like oil, salt and tea for the family room.

Location was good

Unfortunately someone had been in our room and left a strange note on our table while we were out for the day with the do no disturb button on our room. When we told reception they were not helpful and dismissed what had happened. After this we didn’t feel comfortable in the hotel.

We went to pool with towels and one employee came shouting on us we are not allowed to use it ,and we told him we didn’t know and he still kept screaming !!!Horrible experience

Amazing location! Best breakfasts in Turkiye (I visited more than 30 hotels in Turkiye, so believe me). Friendly staff, cozy standard rooms, amazing bars and restaurants around.

very good value for money

Location is great, practically right in the center of the city. Easy to get to most places from there since all public transportation goes through nearby streets. Local fortress is not far as well as the sea and the most available beaches.

Small fridge in the room wasn't cooling stuff that well, not sure if it's an oversight of if it wasn't supposed to work like a full-cooling fridge at all. Not a problem for me particularly, but if you're looking for the view, you won't get it here because the hotel is in middle of dense near-the-sea area. That's a trade-off you get into for easier access to the city center and beaches.

The location of the hotel deserves a definite plus. It is located very close to the city centre. You can easily walk to the harbour or the castle. In addition, the wi-fi throughout the hotel is very fast and works flawlessly both in the rooms and at reception. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful, and the rooms look relatively new.

Cleaning rooms could be better - no one has looked under the bed for a very long time. The bathroom leaked water from the installation... But these are only small inconveniences compared to the perfect service of the hotel.

Brand new, comfortable, and clean place. I had a balcony with a great view. Good location with a lot of cafes, shops, and restaurants around.

Superb location, we really enjoyed the morning and evening silence because of the location, but it was very close to the beach and all the necessary stuff in the center of Alanya. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are good and clean.

no iron in the whole hotel, blanket looks like a waffle towel, not comfortable to the body
