Staff are excellent, courteous, efficient and helpful Room and all areas were very clean. Location was perfect for my needs. I felt safe and secure...I slept very well.

Breakfast was basic as they told me when arriving. I ordered an extra dish, an omelets and was undercooked...I returned for additional cooking time, but it was hard to eat and the fruits were frozen. I would have likes to have a fridge and a safe box in my room. Shower water pressure was low.

Lovely pool, very clean & friendly staff. The beds are comfortable and they have adjoining rooms for families. They offer free breakfast, which is just the basics, but there is also a wonderful restaurant where you can buy full breakfast. We enjoyed our stay. It was the perfect stop on our Yucatan driving tour: Isla Mujeres -> Camp Akumal -> Bacalar -> Chichen Itza -> Merida!

Clean room, reception tried to be helpful except where prevented my management rules.

The hotel is in the middle of nowhere. I asked for early access to the room because I was headed to a friend’s birthday party nearby. The reception staff, speaking obviously on instructions from management or owner or both, said I would have to pay for an extra half day. I could see that the hotel was mostly empty. When I mentioned that I was headed to a friend’s party, staff repeated the requirement for extra payment in unison. Obviously they had been trained thoroughly about this rule. Management/owners know very well this place is far from anywhere and they have decided to use this as a cash grab. Also the room had insufficient bottled water and again it is really far from anywhere to buy water. I feel badly for the staff who have to work for this management/owner.
