great potential for this property given its location but the domaine is not in a good shape

we did not have wifi , the accommodation was dirty and we did not have clean water for the entire stay ( brown water that was advised not to be drank) and the staff did not make anything to accommodate the situation and make us enjoy the stay ! we raised our concerns over the two days and nothing was done ! not even an apology for the situation, extremely poor customer service !

The facilities around are great.

Everything seems a bit old and the Santa Giulia beach is not the best one. Crazy full in August.

Staying in the most elevated row of houses gives you the best view over St. Giulia Bay. Beautiful manicured gardens and a large outdoor pools. The view is amazing!

Houses and interiors are quite old. Renovation would make a big difference.

We felt at home immediately. It was comfortable, well equipped and in a great location.

Spacious 2 bedroom place with a nice view. The heated pools were so great.

I think 30 euros for a child’s bed is a bit ridiculous. I’ve traveled a ton and have never been charged let alone 30 euros

I usually love (and recommend) this place although it is slightly expensive in comparison to other options in the area.

I unfortunately had a very bad experience this time, i.e. received very poor and rude treatment from a waiter due to a misunderstanding over a courtesy coffee (yes, that sounds hard to believe but this gentleman started an argument over a 2€ coffee). I won't be staying there again.

Fabulous location ten minutes from the nicest beach on Corsica. Beautiful views if you have an apartment higher up.

A lot of ants. would be good to have higher quality terrace furniture, and there is no coffee pods, dishwasher tablets, bin bags, loo roll beyond the first day or so then you have to buy it all.

I loved the swimming pools and the fact we were so close to a beautiful beach.

The view from our room wasn’t great. Some of the flats have amazing views.

Fantastic view. lots of space in the apartment. Croissants and bread delivered to our door in the morning was one of our favorite things. The pool with evening bar was lovely.

The walk to the beach back to our place was long and uphill

Beautiful views on the surrounding hills and the bay from the swimming pool and jacuzzi. The apartments are stylish, yet practical. The staff was super friendly and welcoming. The fresh pastry service in the morning is a nice touch too

The reception, the venue, the staff were all amazing ! The place is such a welcoming place, and it is just perfect to spend a vacation there.

We thought the breakfast pricing was pretty expensive.

- beautiful resort and surroundings - amazing beach nearby - exceptionally nice front desk personnel

- if you arrive late, don’t rely on the minibar (it is a frigde and it’s empty). bring your own water, at least - uncomfortably early check-out hours (at 10.00 you have to free the room, while check-in is at 17.00) - gardner was on our terrace at 9.00 AM, moving lawn chairs. I have asked him what is he doing there, he said that he will water the lawn. it was embarassing as we were changing etc. - someone from the hotel staff almost hit us with the golf cart they drive around the property, she was driving extremely fast for a resort full of children.

Wonderful location and premises with all sorts surprising anemities. Stunning view on the bay of Santa guilia! Heated pools and several retreat areas for watching sunset and stars. Spacious appartement with beautiful view on the bay and Private BBQ area.

Our Appartement (comfort for up to 6 pers) Was very old and several things should be renewed (bathroom, Terrasse, furniture)

Very nice and attentive staff. The hotel garden and grounds are beautiful. Pools and view as well. I loved the outdoor shower.

Flat is OK and functional, but quite sterile and somewhat lovelessly furnished. Finca outside, concrete bunker inside. Somehow it doesn't fit in with Corsica. On the other hand, there is everything you need. small supermarket nearby was closed all the time, so we had to take the car to purchase even small things at Spar which was a 12 minute drive away.

Terrace and garden just in front of the house is certainly an advantage. Excellent and quite location. Staff is friendly. Gardens and swimming pools are beautiful. Closed to the beautifull beach of Santa Giulia We certainly recommend this location 👍
