Comfortable, clean, and ideally located - close to the park and the city yet isolated, so it is quiet and not too busy.

Communication isn't the best. Off-service hours aren't clearly specified (Sunday) and no information regarding the check-in was personally given so there were difficulties checking in. Also, non-Dutch (or perhaps non-EU) numbers could not reach the hotel tel number. Something the guests have to be mindful about.

It is an excellent B&B in walking distance from the railway station - an excellent stay for everyone who wants to explore the region or wants to visit a TT race in Assen. The lodging is clean an comfortable, with some useful shared spaces (kitchen, dining room, etc.).

Er zijn tien unieke hotelkamers, elk ontworpen door een andere creatieveling. Ben hier nu een paar keer geweest, en afgezien van één kamer met smal trapje naar het bed (lastig voor mij, want slechte knie) zijn ze helemaal prima. Klein maar met alle voorzieningen. Ook fijn dat je 's ochtends je koffie buiten op de balustrade kunt drinken, in je slaapshirt. Heerlijke creatieve 'vibe' en veel rust. Op loopafstand van restaurantjes en supermarkt. Keuken aanwezig met magnetron. Ook grote koelkast in de gezamenlijke ruimte met zitjes.

Alleen die ene kamer met hoogslaper en steil, smal trapje (maar dat is vanwege mijn slechte knie)

Well located just outside of the city centre, the room is small but met our needs

finding the hotel when the brasserie is closed is a bit challenging, some of the guests were really noisy during the night

Artsy nice hotel with the little extra touch. Rooms nicely decorated and big, we had a room with four beds (one double and two single in bed cabinets). Had a lounge area in the room and also a bigger table and chairs for eating. Plus for the Nespresso machine and capsules in the room. Shared two toilets and showers with one other room only. Was clean and had everything you needed. We didnt use the terrace since it was rainy but it had a lovely outdoor terrace in the yard. Good location, close to city center. Parking garage next to the hotel aswell as a supermarket.

We've made a family trip to Groningen. We were delighted with the facilities, location and friendliness of the staff! The rooms are different and cosy. This is not a 5 star hotel but it met all of our needs and more. You can bring your own food as every room has a shelve in the communal fridge and there is a small kitchen also with delve,microwave and kettle. The place was quiet and only a 10min walk into the town centre. If you are looking for a friendly,comfortable and convenient place to stay in Groningen, i highly recommend Labnul50!

Our Bathroom was very small and literally in a box. The doors wouldn't close fully,so you would want to be pretty close to the person you are sharing the room with.

Very attentive and thorough cleaning lady. She deserves a raise :) Location is perfect, UMCG is a 10-15 minute walk and city center is easily accessible via bus (5 min or so). Bus stop at 3 min walk. Quiet rooms and clean. Would def stay here again!

There was a shower curtain, I think that is very unhygienic.
