Snelle incheck voor de vijf kamers die ik geboekt had. Met 10 minuten was alles geregeld. Kamers waren ruim,schoon en iedereen was er blij mee.

From walk in everything is was so clean, staff were very friendly, room was amazing.

Everything! Superb room, we booked a junior suite, the bathroom eas out if this world! Spotlessly clean and very spacious and comfortable. The staff were polite and helpful and the food at breakfast and in the restaurant was exceptional, inventive and delicious. A superb stay and if we are in the vicinity again it would be the only place I would stay

Plenty of free parking. Lovely spacious rooms. Great breakfast options. Close to the bus stop that takes you right to the old town. There were even charging stations if you have an electric car.

couldn’t switch off the noisy air con in the room so was constantly blowing air. no available room when arriving before 3pm. seems to be in the middle of nowhere.

Ridiculous pricing, absolutely not worth it. The hotel itself is fine but it’s nothing special. I would not have paid so much money to stay here if I didn’t have to be in the area.

normally this is a very good hotel with good facilities and convenient location just outside Groningen. Nice rooms, simple, functional but rather large and spacious rooms. Only superior rooms have a bathtub at quite a substantial increase in price with no further benefit other than a free bottle of, no other benefit to the room, a free bottle of water…. Breakfast buffet is excellent for Dutch standards and here the Dinner menu is very good too. very busy on Sunday for breakfast. Easy bike ride to the city or fast bus connection.

this time I checked in very late as I had not expected to stay the night and ended up with a room on the 2nd floor. My worst experience in this hotel. Noisy, the traffic outside was easy to hear and unfortunately one could hear as well the louder than usual the flushing of toilets from adjacent rooms, I am not a fan of the beds, but this one was particularly noisy and sounded as if a plastic coating was on the mattress. The pillows are large and excessively full, therefore pretty hard, so for someone who likes to sleep flat, there is no other option than to sleep without a pillow, as the second option is a decorative cushion, which is certainly not changed from one customer to the next. There was no water in the room, there has been on all previous stays. The coffee machine was heavily encrusted with lime and had most obviously not been used in a long while, nor descaled, so was not operational ( normally not a problem), the hairdryer is for the standard of the hotel a joke, and this one cut out after a very short use and took 5 minutes to cool down to work again for 50 seconds….not good enough. Price hast substantially increased with a service substantially decreased. For the first time ever I complained at the reception before leaving…. I was offered a take away coffee…. sorry not good enough.

Room was nice. Bed was weird as two small singles pushed together. Breakfast was OK - some items were cold. I had dinner at the hotel and it was high quality and tasty! I used the gym which was also OK - basic but perfect for some exercise after a long day of travel.

Everything was very well, very comfortable hotel in general, with good facilities, nice restaurant, and a good gym to exercise.

i always use this hotel if i am visiting Groningen, it is close to the city with free parking and the rooms are spaceous and comfortable. the restaurant is great if you want to use it. the staff is friendly and very helpful!

this time i booked a suite, so i expected a bit more. Sadly the shower was loop warm and not a lot of pressure on the shower so i had to run in circels to get wet and dived in bed afterwards to warm up!! The room was big and very comfy, sadly some horrible guest before my visited the room and carved up the walpaper on one of the wall next to the room :( i was not impressed.

Easy check in, hotel staff very nice and rooms are spacious.

Bathroom/toilet could be a little cleaner, beds are soft.

Wonderful hotel with all you can need. Very good service.
