Tired rooms with poor furnishings. Poor example of ‘boutique’ concept. Only good things were staff and location.

There were some broken deck boards on the balcony of our room, was a lovely place to sit in afternoon sun

The hotel was very central, modern clean and very comfortable. The staff were very helpful friendly and accommodating.

This was our 2nd visit. Location was very quiet, but within 10 minutes from the town centre and train station. Perfect for us, who needed to take the train to Assen race circuit. 500 yards from a good selection of bars and restaurants but very quiet at night. Very comfortable beds and the room had everything you would need for a good stay. Exceptionally clean. Nespresso coffee machine much appreciated first thing in the morning. Staff friendly, welcoming and helpful.

Location, location, location. Bathroom was spacious. View from room was nice.

We found out on the last day that breakfast needed to be booked, or wait 30mins. Heating was working on our 1st morning only. Booked a double bed, we got 2 singles pushed together with separate mattresses, not the most comfortable.
