Great place to stay

I can’t even begin to say how much my husband and I enjoyed this condo overlooking the beach!!! We loved that it wasn’t super busy so we could have time alone walking on the beach at times, and the condo was beautiful, clean, and had the best view. We can’t wait to come back

Very nice place to stay. Some areas could use updating but overall loved it enough we will stay again. The codes for property change often so some didn’t work and the front door trick to unlock it was a hassle from time to time, but these little things don’t take away from the total picture of this great property. There was an issue with no heat one day but property manager got an electrician out and fixed the issue with in a couple hours. The view of ocean from the living room and balcony is incredible and the amenities were wonderful. My family of 5, plus sister, and other visitors for Christmas had plenty of room to move around condo and not feel stuffed. It’s a huge property.

Perfect location!! Condo is so much bigger in person. Security is always available. It can be hard remembering all the codes for everything!! But other than that it was pretty awesome.

The location was great, pool was very nice, staff were great and friendly. The view in the mornings was phenomenal!!!! Disappointments: 1. The kitchen was not fully stocked like other VRBO’s we have stayed in. The bare minimum was there and we had most of what we needed but there was not a can opener nor a wine bottle opener. 2. Not reflecting the condo but we were unaware that there are no waves at this beach for the kids, the water was very dirty the last 2 days and we couldn’t even get in the water. 3. Beach access was difficult. We were told only the owners had keys to the front gates leading right to the beach so we had to exit the back of the condo and walk around and down the street. We had to run across to a median of the busy street. Unable to pull a wagon with our belongings due to the curbs and stairs to go down to the beach. So just be ready to Carry all of your stuff. 3. It was advertised there were umbrellas/ beach chairs upon request. That was not an option. We asked and they looked at us like we were crazy. We finally found some small fold out ones in a closet but no umbrella. 4. The VRBO advertising mentioned a community putting green so we took balls and putters and kids were excited. Found out there was no such thing available. Overall our experience was good and we made the best of it. We would choose the condo again but would not choose the beach location to return to.

Rooms were very nice and clean. Beautiful view

very easy to reserve. excellent access instructions. Several issues needed maintenance person. Air conditioner in master not cooling properly. Could not fix while we were there. Unhappy family because of bedroom being too hot. A recliner was broken before we arrived and should have been replaced. I requested a maintenance man to fix both issues. He reported the air problem and made a temporary fix on the chair. Final thought: The unit was overpriced because of the issues I dealt with. Hopefully repairs and updates will be made before renting again. I truly think I deserve partial refund. Positive note: We felt very safe and the Security provided was excellent, especially Anthony. Very helpful.

Good but not great. There were a couple of maintenance items that should have been addressed prior to our visit. We also found some of the kitchen equipment to be less than excellent. That said I still rate the property and our visit as "good." Just a couple of knits that prevented it from being excellent.

We had a amazing time. The condo was very clean! The pools were great! The views were priceless. We will be staying here again.

This is a lovely condo, as described. Convenient location to stores and restaurants and the beach is across the street. Lots of beach chairs available for use. Nicely stocked kitchen. You can watch beautiful sunrises from the balcony. This was a work/vacation for my husband and me and our adult children joined us. I would stay here again.

The property is nice. It was clean, and the staff was great! The condo is as advertised. We would definitely stay again.

It was as amazing as the pictures. The view of the beach was beautiful. Sipped our coffee from our 12th floor balcony and just soaked it all in. Didn't have any issues.

The condo is on the 12th floor with an awesome view of the Gulf. You can see Biloxi to the East and to the west past Gulf Port. We enjoyed the luxury of the beach just a simple walk across the road, the outside pool, and the inside pool, hot tub, exercise room and sauna. Guest services was so helpful and friendly. Accommodations were great, beach chairs, towels, swimming noodles. Very secure and welcoming. A lot to do in the area and the coastal drive was wonderful. Highly recommend.

Just what we wanted! A view of the gulf looking east, west, and south from the 12th floor on the private balcony. Besides a walk across the street to a the beach and water the accommodations included an outdoor and indoor pool/hot tub. This condo also had beach chairs, beach towels, pool noodles, and a full kitchen setup. We couldn’t of asked for a better place to vacation.

I loved the location, it was like having a private beach and when we got there we had trouble with the tv not being able to get it on cable which was no fault of the owners or the mgmt they came over right away and showed us what we were doing wrong. The only complaint was the ac in master bedroom didn’t seem to keep room cool, had to keep door opened but I would come back and stay again

WE WERE A GROUP OF OVER 50 YRS. OLD 7. MOST WERE SISTERS AND COUSINS. THE ACCOMADATIONS WERE GREAT. THE ONLY THING IS THAT WE HAD TO BRING OUR OWN KEURIG COFFEE MAKER, WHICH IS THE MOST POPULAR NOW. WE ALSO HAD TO WASH TOWELS EVERY DAY. WE COULD HAVE USED A FEW MORE. WE WERE GRATEFUL FOR THE TWIN BEDS. IT WORKED OUT PERFECTLY. ALSO , THE GUARD NAMED ANTHONY WAS DELIGHTFUL AND VERY HELPFUL. WE FELT AT EASE WITH HIM AND YOU COULD TELL HE ENJOYED HIS JOB. THE ONLY THING WE FOUND WAS WATER DRIPPING ON BACK OF SOFA DUE TO MAYBE THE WATER DRIPPING FROM SOMEWHERE ABOVE. BUT IT WAS NOT BAD. THANK YOU

The condo was clean, A wenumber of excellent restaurants nearby. The main problem we had was that the elevator broke on the morning we were to check out we discovered that we were not provide with any contact numbers for either the HOA or security.

Great view of beach,water and sky. Very nice condo had everything we needed!! Wish the traffic wasn’t so heavy and loud. But the trip was great. Highly recommend!!

The unit and building are spectacular. Indoor salt-water pool was perfect temperature. The outdoor pool was out of commission due to recent hurricane, which is excusable. The sauna and steam room next to the indoor pool apparently have been dismantled, but I was not expecting those anyway. The unit is very spacious and felt great. Floor to ceiling windows and a large balcony made for great views. Sunrises and sunsets were incredible. Saw dolphins swimming and playing. Nicely furnished and decorated. Towels and linens were fine. I like the provided dish towels and quality paper towels. It was done right. This unit faced the beach square-on, but some units don't since the building curves. The Jacuzzi tub shot out black flakes and I rec they remedy that problem. The pool also has a hot tub/Jacuzzi that is clean. The road noise is more than expected, but manageable (I would imagine it is worse on the lower floors) Great place. I would not hesitate to rent it again.

The condo is large and comfortable. It has a fully functional kitchen two large bathrooms and 3 great bedrooms. I gave it 4 stars because you have to walk through the parking lot down the street to get to the beach and back. They have a gate up front but you can not use it. We asked and were told it is only for the people that live in one of the condos. I feel like that is a safety Hazzard for people like me who have children with them. Besides that it is a great place.

Had a great time with my Mother,Aunt , cousins and sisters. Very family oriented. I found the security guard was new and picked on our neighbors so much that they threw them out after one night. (We never heard them). I think she just didn’t like them. Beach was dirty but the weather was bad days before our visit.

This was our first time to Gulfport and this property did not disappoint. So very clean and I’m picky. The security and staff were great. We only had one issue with the WiFi but it was quickly resolved. We will be back.

Clean, comfortable, and plenty of room for our family. Great pools and hot tub a plus.

This property was very clean, comfortably furnished, adequately equipped and has a great view of the beach, water, sunrises and sunsets! It served as a great base for 4 adults and 2 small children for a Thanksgiving week visiting family and friends. Our interaction with building staff and property managers was excellent.

Condo needs some cleaning attention. Sofa/loveseat need to be cleaned. 2nd & 3rd bedroom-the beds are very uncomfortable. We rented this condo 2 years ago and it has definitely deteriorated since then. The building and grounds are in good condition, it’s in a great location.

This condo was perfect for our family vacation! Plenty of space & The unit was stocked with everything we needed in the kitchen. Outdoor and indoor pools were great and beach access very convenient. 2nd and 3rd bedrooms are pretty small but great for kids. Cleanliness could be better (floors, baseboards, deep cleaning) but I didn’t feel gross. Children’s museum and grocery within 2 blocks. Short drive to the casinos.
