Pros: - All necessary kitchen utensils are available - Two separate bedrooms, so a company can be accommodated and they will not interfere with each other - Full size bath instead of a shower cabin - Convenient location close to Khreshchatyk street, Maidan and Teatralna/Khreshchatyk metro stations - Excellent value for money

Cons: - Can be a bit noisy due to the busy street and a café on the ground floor (but you can hear live piano music from there, so that it might be a plus for someone :) ) - Air conditioning only in one bedroom and TV only in the second - Since both rooms are bedrooms, there is only a kitchen that can be used as a common space and this kitchen is quite small in size

Pros: - Large apartment size - Stylish apartment design - Large bathroom with jacuzzi - All necessary kitchen utensils are available - Large and comfy double bed and sofa - Separate air conditioning in each room - Located in the very center of the city (next to Maidan) - Great view from the windows on Khreshchatyk street

Cons: - Can be a bit noisy due to the busy street - Limited number of supermarkets and grocery stores around (I found only two supermarkets within walking distance) - For some reason, the elevator rose only from the second floor (so I had to walk up from the first floor to the second, and from there take the elevator up to the 7th floor)

Location 10/10, very big and comfortabele. Outstanding communication with the owner. Would highly recommended and ill certainly return in the future!

We tryed to open key safe on nr 7 apartment🤣🤣🤣. Sorry. Wifi, heater, and warm water. It is luxry .
