So clean, staff so friendly and gave us loads of tips and recommendations and transport routes. Breakfast was amazing, would recommend this option

Excellent location, superb penthouse flat, the largest and best we have ever stayed in, with enormous terrace. Cool, even on top floor, good aircon. Marta, Fulvia, and Domenico are the most friendly and helpful staff team you could hope to find.

100 steps to the top floor is a bit much at our age, but Marta carried all our cases up and down! Crockery, glass, and kitchen equipment could have been a bit more complete, no egg whisk or a few other things. Local supermarkets are not very near and not very good. Did not find a street market, but probably could have asked.

Right in the historic center of the town, short walk to shops and restaurants. Staff was friendly and accomodated us well!

The kitchen only has the bare necessities needed to cook, we were however missing some basics like salt, oil or kitchen towels. Would have been a nice addition.

Staff was great and very helpfull. Location was very good.

Windows that opens just to the stairs, so there was no possibility to get fresh air in those rooms.

The accommodation was simply perfect. The location was right in the middle of the old town near restautants etc and right beside the beach. It was also close to the port from which boats depart to the Egadi Islands. The apartment was spotless and well equipped. The bed was very comfortable and the bedroom was quiet. The. staff were so friendly and helpful.

Spacious apartment and valued having kitchen facilities. Domenico, his father and all staff very friendly and helpful. Fantastic location in old town. Aircon worked well during our stay. Would try and stay again if back in Trapani. Enjoyed staying here.

Hot water is via a small water storage heater so some planning and thought needed when my ore than 2 people having a shower. Had to wait about an hour between showers to ensure enough hot water for next person. Wasn't big issue for us.

Domenico was a great host. He fortunatelly spoke English :) He was helpful and very kind. Accomodation was large,clean and situated in the old town. Our stay here was great! Thanks a lot! :)

Perfect location, great personal, wonderful and spacious apartment! And just perfect Italian style breakfast in a beautiful restaurant in the building next to the guest house. I recommend it ;)

Free parking place was in 10 minute walk distance from the apartment. Noises from staircase (when other guests used it) were hearable well inside apartment.

not suitable for winter months, heating only via A/C located in small vestibule, hot water produced by small bioler with capacity of max 1 shower with very low water pressure, apartment is at the rooftop, so prepare for lots of stairs everyday, no elevator

Great location, in the center of Trapani. Our room had a beautiful terrace with a really nice view so we spent a lot of time just there. The property advised us where to park our car on the street which was very helpful. Also the parking they advised was for free and approximately 10 minutes from the B&B. The breakfast was very delicious and the staff in the restaurant very professional.

There are really few things that we did not like and one of this was the check-in process. The property chased us when are we coming and as we were doing a road trip it was hard to give exact time but we told them we will be there at 15:00 the earliest check in time possible according to the booking.com. They came back to us that they will be available at the reception only after 15:30 so finally we needed to come later. The lady checking us in was very weak in English, she was not able to tell us anything she was not trained for (I asked for the ferry station to Favignana but she did not understand what I want). The second thing was the missing elevator. As we took the rooftop room with the terrace we were somehow hoping to get there by an elevator but we needed to use the stairs with our 24kg luggage. This was something we were supposed to check earlier so if you are planning to take the top floor (and you should) please be aware of no elevator option.

All according to photos and description. Not new or fancy, but well equipped, excellent WiFi, comfy, silent, etc. Really friendly service too. Beach 10 minutes walk isn't bad, even being in the city. Recommended!

Mmm, don't know what to say really. The AC could have been a problem with only 1 key, but they gave us 2 so no problem at all!

Air condition is not able to cool down the air in second level of the apartment, however you can still move the bed to 1st level and sleep there.

It was an amazing stay. The location is perfect (next to the main street), everything was prepared as we asked in the conversation and apartment was clean and modern. Moreover, our host, Domenico, was increbily helpfull - we gave us lots of tips, helped us with organising transport and was always there when we needed him!

Perfect location, helpful staff, really nice building and rooms are big. The reality is better, than on the pictures.

Breakfast was just a basic and arriving with a car is not an easy part (this can be expected, it is in the city, on the start of the pedestrian zone)

The pre-arrival communication from Domenico was excellent as was the accommodation. We rented the top floor appartment with the large private terrace. The description does not do the apartment, terrace or location justice - we loved it. The location is bang on one of the main streets with restaurants literally a few yards down the street. The sea is a short walk in one of two directions with lovely walking along the walls with small beaches and coves to explore. The proximity to the attractions, shopping and eating areas, port and ferries is a real advantage too. The terrace is big with sun beds, a dining and covered area - sometimes very hot in the daytime of course but great for sun lovers and evening relaxation. There is no elevator so 6 flights of steps keeps you fit, the first night with the cases needs a stop or two, but it is something to be aware of and is in the description. Domenico, who’s father owns the block, is an excellent host along with Maria in his absence. We would not hesitate to stay in this appartment again. If you are in a hire car there are a couple of things to note in terms of where to park, which is an easy walk but not outside the appartment. We would highly recommend the EasyPark phone app for remote control of the parking - the recommended parking it’s as near as It can be free at 10c per hour for 12 hours each day. Not a problem if your using your car and the app.
