Nice villa on nice grounds
The ground floor was full of ants and spiders. They were everywhere on the stove top , in the cheese toaster , on the couches. There were spider webs on some of the chairs.

Calm area, nice pool, close to amenities. Great for a small family
I'm pretty big man and sometimes some showers are not easy for me to get it,,😅 but it's more like my issue as I normally do not remember about this issue:)

Clean villa, great location, good facilities, great for kids
The pool wasn't clean for our arrival which was the only disappointment but Andreas did resolve this as there was a technical issue.

Absolutely beautiful villa, in a lovely quiet and secluded location yet still close enough to the mall and Paphos harbour, via a short easy bus journey. Lovely short walk straight across the main road brings you to a lovely restaurant/bar (Baracas Lounge) which is perfect for a spot of breakfast or a nice cold drink with an incredible view, with a promenade following along the oceanfront for a nice walk to burn of breakfast. The host is such a wonderful and friendly gentleman, extremely helpful and nothing is too much. The villa itself is amazing, the pictures just don't do it justice. All of the bedrooms are huge, plenty of storage in each and the view from the balcony is beautiful, especially at sunset. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you could need for a week or two and the built in bbq in the garden was immaculately clean. The pool is a nice size, and was perfect for a swim to cool down from the hot Cyprus sun. Can't wait to go back next year.
The only thing for me, which is obviously a personal preference, but the mattress was a little too hard. Other than this, I can not fault it.

Host was lovely - really friendly and nothing was too much. Villa was exceptionally clean and brilliant value for money. Everything we needed was there. Can’t wait to come back.

Stunningly beautiful villa, extremely well equipped and very clean. Villa Paradise has everything you need for a wonderful holiday. Set well off the road surrounded by pecan trees, pomegranate trees and vines, it has a secluded feel with a completely private pool. The drive is private and only used by the villa. The balcony has beautiful views, where you can enjoy the lovely sunsets. The Barbecue works well and has all the implements required and there are three relaxing areas. Inside the house was roomy and comfortable to relax in with the benefit of Netflix and a DVD player. Although the villa felt secluded it was only a short drive to a number of attractions and a great supermarket. Andreas and family looked after us very well with good communication and excellent regular care for the pool and garden area.
The villa was 99% perfect, the only thing we would have liked is mattress toppers on the beds as we found them a bit firm. Also although we couldn’t see the road we were aware of a bit of road noise but that is probably because we live in a very remote silent location at home so do normally notice this when we are away.

This villa is absolutely beautiful clean spacious and set in its own quiet location the pool is amazing and well maintained during our stay would recommend this villa to anyone the owner is so friendly and helpful couldn’t of wished for a better holiday

The villa was beautiful and clean. With lots of room. On arrival Andreas had kindly left food for us if we go to Cyprus again we will 100% stay here.

The location is great, it's near the beach, the villa surrounded by olive groves and pecans which gives it a privacy and quite.
The stream of water in the shower is weak
More towels can be left to enhance the experience
