Location, nice big apartment, good heating, balcony, in the centre, quiet street, nice hosts

Nice place, very close to center.

Excellent location in quiet street just off main road. Very clean and spacious self- contained apartment with local supermarket and laundrymat. Train station very close by. Stayed there with my husband and two children (3&6) and the space was perfect. Lots of local shops and restaurants. Staff very helpful. Parking was very secure. Recommend walking to the funicular and going to Montecatini Alto -very sweet.

WiFi not reliable. Parking spot is a few streets away but this didn't really bother us as we didn't use the car much (the train was very convenient to get to Florence and Lucca).

Fantastic flat with lovely view. Central and quiet. Lovely hosts. Highly recommended. Will definitely go back.

A very enjoyable stay. Montecatini is a good base to visit the area. We were in the two bedroom apartment in the attic.

Very great apartments with cooking options in a good part of Montecatini Terme. Close to the train station, grocery store. Great, friendly staff and all clean. We didn't miss anything, I recommend

The appartement was big enough for 2 persons. Clean. Location in city center. Big terrace.

Pay attention..first night we had appartement nr 104,and the appartement had old windows and even if the air conditioner was working,the cold was really a problem. All the cold air coming from outside => inside. The personal act like he don’t knew about this,had other appartement free,with good windows and still we where given that one. Don’t understand why to give one appartement in that condition,when you have free one suitable for winter. At first,the personal didn’t wanted to change it,i had to convince him,that i don t play with my health and if he can t do something to change it,i will leave. Of course after changing,all was good.

Beautiful and cozy flat, comfortable bed, well-equipped kitchen, and perfect location - a few steps from the supermarket, all the restaurants/shops in the city center and the park. There was nothing else to wish for!
