Good location. Room is ok, but not up to 2023 standard.

La posizione era ottima, avevamo solo il pernottamento sulla dependance, accanto all’hotel.

La pulizia, la stanza non era perfetta, il pavimento non era pulito, il bagno aveva lo scarico intasato della doccia, la tavoletta del water era ballerina, il letto era rotto, gli mancava una stecca da una parte, un grandissimo peccato perché la dependance è un ottima idea, ma tenuta così non va proprio, ci vorrebbe un’attenzione molto diversa su questa struttura.

Comfortable relaxed hotel, very courteous and helpful staff, superb cooking, relaxed pool area, and lots to do in the area. We visited the historic terme, took the funiculare to montecanti alto, & visited Florence and Pisa as well as havong a good look around the spa town of Montecanto Terme itself which is very old-world glamorous with an array of interesting architecture from different eras, a beautiful modern art museum and lots of entertainment. The town is slightly sloping but easily cycled, and there are lots of trees and shade to walk in , and we used the hotel bikes to cycle around the terme park. All in all a great holiday. The train runs from ten minutes from the hotel by foot to the major Tuscan cities. The hotel was the basis of it all. We would have stayed longer if we could.

The staff was helpful and when we asked them if we can change the room for another one -as our room was too near to the street lights and there was no shutter and we could not sleep because of the light - they changed our room. The location is great. You can even find free parking spots nearby.

Too dirty to a 4 star hotel. The room was dirty, the bathroom too. The breakfast was poor. As a vegan I could only eat pastries. No veggies, only a few tomatoes. In summer it is not acceptable. Poor choise of fruits. At least they have soy milk.

pool was not operational carpets on stairs were dirty and in need of repair. a bar of opened soap was left in the shower from the previous occupant of the room.

only facilities available were a bed and a pillow. Rooms were very poorly lit, no ironing service, no amenities in the room. overall it felt like a hostel but with a price tag of a fancy hotel. Not worth the price I paid.
