Nice hotel with friendly staff.
All was clean and comfortable even if some furniture was old. Parking available. View was also very nice.
For Breakfast there was small choice.

The staff at this property are exceptional across the board. We’ve never stayed anywhere before where we have received such attentive service. We have travelled a great deal. Nothing was too much trouble and extra care and attention was paid to everything. Our special thanks go to Alberto, Anna, Antonio, Frederico, Marina and the lovely woman who cleaned our room who did a sterling job. Thank you all for making us feel special!

Wonderful hotel, very cute quirky interior. Room was clean and had a small balcony/terrace. Breakfast was fresh and plenty. Staff was very friendly and forthcoming. Great stay, definitely recommended!

The location is perfect and parking was provided as requested during the booking, staff was friendly.
The breakfast was very poor.
The hotel itself was renovated but keeping the old-fashioned style with a lot of heavy dark furniture in the room (our), carpets (a little bit shabby) in lifts and corridors. Overall impression was different from the web pictures and we felt comfortless.

Breakfast is basic, due to Covid-19 restrictions served which can last a when restaurant is full.

Everything was very good, civilised and charming. Very nice staff.
It is a small thing, but the coffee they provide at breakfast (from a machine) is unbelievably bad (I mean really the worst I've tasted in very many years) but they were happy to make me a proper coffee when I asked. I just wonder why they provide this horrendous machine coffee, which is embarrassing in Italy of all places.

The location was perfect with easy access to the train station and center. The staff were very helpful and friendly.
The room had no view and no coffee facilities. The breakfast/ / dining room was lovely but the breakfast was limited on the hot food. It was always scrambled egg and bacon and if you do not like scrambled egg or bacon that was it. The rest of the cold / cake selection was good.

Every thing, especially the staff. Franco at the reception was very nice and welcoming .
Wrong instruction to arrive. We had to go in circles until we called the hotel. We found out that the street was changed to one way street two years ago.
