Old villa beautiful. Family home. Comfortable clean. Love the garden at back. Rooms are all full of paintings etc. Mila is a lively lady 5star

For me stairs were a minus,at 75 . But made the best of them

It was well located in the sense that it was a short stroll into the town. It was very clean and well laid out, comfortable beds and a kettle! Michaela was very welcoming and efficient. Lovely little garden / courtyard. Eclectic decor but much thought had gone into presentation. Mostly fresh breakfast.

The parking- although in front of the house, was on the other side of the road. The road noise was disturbing at times.

This place is beyond great. It is absolutely stunning - an old townhouse, beautifully restored and decorated, matching modern and clean taste with a love for vintage and antique, as well as attention to detail with perfect vision of the whole place. Each room is different and equally stunning. It's amazing and at the same time completely natural. One would be equally unsurprised meeting Mary Shelly or Margaret Atwood at breakfast ;) Great garden, with ambiance, grass and flowers, old stone and moss. Would love to sit around, but it was raining. A very nice host.

Perhaps there was something to improve, but I wouldn't spot it ;)

Breakfast was very good. The location relevant to the town was good, although parking was tricky. The decor was unique, somewhat exotic and rather interesting.

The room allocated was on the second floor and was accessed by a rather steep staircase, which made bringing luggage to the room difficult. It was also rather small. We were offered, an accepted, a larger room on the ground floor that had an excellent bathroom with shower, bath and sauna - but this was at an additional cost (20 Euros). The lighting was subdued, which may have been considered romantic but made packing and finding small items (e.g. keys) difficult!

Everything excellent! It's a perfect place with elegant rooms, really nice people and it's a good solutions to visit Bagni di Lucca, Borgo a Mozzano and the city of Lucca. We will come back soon!

We stayed in the suite with a sauna and I would highly recommend it, it was like being in our own private spa. The decor is beautiful and the breakfast was delicious and exceeded our expectations. A very classy, unique and extremely clean property.

The bed was just a little hard, but still softer and comfier than most beds I’ve had in Italy.

Not much not to like. The parking was a little tricky. The room was a little humid, but that is the location. The pillows were _very_ soft and offered little support. The WiFi was there, but barely.

The room and location were a lot nicer than the pictures suggested. Very bright and airy room, and the b&b has a beautiful entrance and comfortable, secluded garden. The owners (and their small dog) were friendly and accommodating.

The hosts were very welcoming and friendly. The villa is vintage, prepare to climb your luggage on the stairs. The room was great, clean and comfy and the breakfast delicious. :) Irina gave us several suggestions about what we could see and visit in the area. We followed her recommendations and did definitely not regret it. It is incredibly beautiful and very close to Lucca and Barga (Parco Alpi Alpuane) - great view.

Excellent breakfast. Very good restaurants a short walk away.

A beautiful hotel with lots of passion! They owners made their own little paradise and did this very well!

Host was very pleasant, however what you see on the website is not what you get. Therefore I think overpriced.

The property is easily accessible with parking space in front of the villa. The property has a nice and cosy garden and is beautifuly decorated throughout. Irina and her husband are great hosts and ensured my journey was as comfortable as possible.
