situated in a good location. Breakfast was good
Didn't realise that we couldn't check in until after 5pm which was an issue. Too many stairs to climb to the rooms and there was a lot of traffic noise etc outside the bedroom which meant that sleep was affected.

Great location, great outdoor garden. Room size was great.
No air conditioning, and we found the linens uncomfortable

Celine, the host, was lovely and really helpful - offering restaurant recommendations and being flexible with our check in time. The breakfast offered was delicious with a great variety of foods, some of which were homemade. Rooms were very spacious and nicely decorated. Hotel was in a great location, just a few hundred metres away from the cathedral.

Behind a fairly modest facade on the street, La Demeure des Sacres is a haven of civility and tranquility. Arranged in a loving, careful and classy way, it's a welcome retreat right in the middle of the city. Céline is a considerate hostess and her breakfast is akin to an artwork.

B&B in a very convenient and generally very peaceful location in Reims enabling a relaxed stay.
Rooms are very spacious, light and quiet,
Superb French breakfasts available in a wonderful setting indoors or in the lovely garden; you just need to choose the time.
Host Celine is very responsive and makes your stay easy even if you don't speak French.
She also made good recommendations for dining in Reims.
Celine took us though the breakfast options and made suggestions verbally but perhaps a written menu of everything available would be helpful.

The location. A pretty and confortable room though noisy. A cute house but jot practical if you are traveling with luggage.
Two levels of staircase, staff is not friendly, no air condition, noisy street

Location superb
The smell in the house was not nice. In the room was a strong smell of mold. The bed in the room was not comfortable.

The location.
Totally overpriced. Small room, bathroom ‘en suite’ takes up a big part of the room, very small ‘sitting corner’, there was no shampoo, no shower gel available…,so 225 euro per night is simply too much. We felt this room was priced like a luxury hotel but offered basic facilities. The free parking is not for free. The location was very good, breakfast was good.

The charming building has the most perfect location and the rooms -no, suite!- is the true dream of a weekend getaway in Champagne! French decor, romantic, spacious and superclean. The lovely hostess Celine will help you with recommendations on anything you need and please follow, we had the best tables and visits to champagne houses thanks to her tips. Oh, and the breakfast is filled with french delicacies, I think you will love this more than any large hotel!
