L'aria condizionata faceva fatica a raffreddare la camera, anche se accesa al massimo. La porta del bagno era scorrevole ma si faceva fatica a chiederla e aprirla. 1 solo accappatoio un camera, anche se era una doppia. Il ragazzo che abbiamo trovato in reception era disponibile ma faceva fatica a capire e dare informazioni base in inglese. Poi ha usato il traduttore del telefono per capirci e farsi capire ma comunque difficile.

The hotel is located in a nice neighborhood, with the vicinity of Sheraton and some ambassyes. The staff try as hard as they can to be helpful. Overall a nice clean hotel with a good business location.

The staff is very bad with the English language or any other language. Asking even for a coffee from the waiters is impossible.

The staff was very friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. The building was very clean and well located and the breakfast had plenty of options. Great experience!

The hotel is very clean. It's at the center of the best neighbourhood of the city. Rooms are nice and well equipped.

The breakfast was a bit disappointment on our first day. But I think it was related to the time of our stay which coincided with a local holiday. During our three day stay it only kept improving. Overall the breakfast was more than ok.

My stay was cut short because of the earthquakes. The hotel very kindly assisted me in cancelling my reservation, liaising with Booking.com and refunding the balance of the cost for the nights I was unable to stay. They also assisted me in organising transport to the airport. Very kind and sensitive staff, made to feel very welcome.

Central location in a calm area. Well-maintained room and facilities, helpful staff.

My fiancé stayed for 2 nights and told me how very kind the staff/reception was and also Room Service. He was more than pleased with the cleanliness, the location, the comfort and helpful staff. Thank you very much for making his stay so agreeable. I will certainly book this hotel again whenever my fiancé and I are in Ankara.

Beautiful, large.well designed room. It Included a desk and separate work area. Location was off the main street, but an easy walk to shopping and restaurants. Staff was pleasant, business like and helpful. Parking right in front was a binus.
