The Mt Fuji view, the food in restaurant, the garden

早朝の大浴場での入浴は、開放された窓から鳥のさえずりがすぐ近くから聞こえてきてとてもリラックスできた。 又、庭の池での鯉の餌やりも楽しい時間となった。

視聴できるTVのチャンネル数（BS/CS)が少なかった。

Location was prime & easy accessible. Free parking is definitely a plus

Specious room. Underground parking.

We feel that we paid too much money for special room as Mt Fuji view with onsen bathtub. The tub is just normal one, not spring water. The view was partly blocked. We stayed there as we wished to have dinner at its restaurant, but it was closed that day.

Large and comftable room with all the necessary facilities.

The stuff is trying hard to satisfy us but the communication (in English) was pòor... I would prefer location closer to the Gotemba Station.

A nice little oasis at the end of the line. The water display complete with 100 obliging colourful koi was a bonus. The food quality was excellent.

Unfortunately for us we had 2 nights and days here where it rained non stop and we never even got to see Fuji. Not the fault of the hotel but something to be considered. It was a very expensive hotel with breakfasts at Y4650 and the cheapest dinner at Y9000 per person. We opted to have breakfasts elsewhere and still spent Y117500 for 2 nights. A bit pricy for this location.

The dinner here was amazing the room was very spacious and comfortable.
